We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort and spa. The property is stunning, peaceful, and very well maintained perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were comfortable, the food was delicious, and the overall ambiance made our trip truly special. During our stay, my mother-in-law unfortunately got injured. However, the way the staff handled the situation was truly commendable. They responded immediately, took care of her with professionalism and genuine concern, and ensured she was comfortable and attended to at all times. Their calm, caring approach made a stressful situation much easier for our family. We are truly grateful for the kindness and support shown by the team. Exceptional hospitality goes beyond luxury and this place proved that. Highly recommended!

An exquisite stay for my friends destination wedding. Experienced some beautiful sunsets and calm boat rides in vembanad lake. We friends had a great pool side reunion in neighborung rooms. Great food and great ambience. Will visit again. An elaborate luxury experience

Great hospitality. Brilliant service right from the entry till we left. Beautiful location and clean and spacious rooms. The rooms attached to the pool are a bliss. Sunsets with a beautiful view is a sight to behold. Food was great too. They had authentic kerala dishes as well as some good continental stuff. Alcohol friendly, so would be a nice getaway with friends. We came for a destination wedding of a friend. We had so much fun. Time just passed by !! Will try to come back with family once again.

This is a strategically positioned resort in the heart of Kerala. Surrounded with beautiful views and scenery. We stayed at the lakeside view for my friends wedding and it was beautiful and breathtakingly clean and well maintained I feel it is worth the price and we definetly got more than our moneys worth. It is surrounded with nature and noise is very minimal. We had the resort to ourselves for the wedding event. The service was top notch and every staff was helpful starting from reception to room service Anna was an amazing staff and person in general. She made our stay absolutely wonderful with her homely attitude and hospitality. Keep it up to all staff and Anna especially. We landed stranded in India with no luggage as this was lost in airport but Abbin provided us with hospitality beyond his job role. He was very professional and is another staff that stood out to me. Well done to Anna and Abbin and everyone including the gardeners. O cannot remember everyones name to appreciate them especially.
