The property is beautiful with a lot of things to do inside! The rooms are beautifully done. They also have a small lagoon inside where you can do Kayaking and boating. The staff is extremely helpful especially Athira and Rejinom. They ensure your stay is pleasant. The food is good and Bamon the restaurant captain would ensure you are served well. Easily recommendable.

My stay at Gokulam Resort was very pleasant. The resort has a beautiful location with amazing views all around, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The rooms, service, and surroundings were excellent, making the experience enjoyable. Overall, its a wonderful place to stay and enjoy nature. With some improvements in the food quality, it would be an even better destination. Highly recommended for the scenic views and relaxing environment.

We stayed at Gokulam Grand Spa Resort in Kumarakom with my daughter, and it turned out to be a wonderful getaway. From the moment we arrived, the resort impressed us the setting is peaceful and well-kept, the backwater surroundings are beautiful, and the whole place has a calm, restful feel that makes it easy to unwind. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff across the resort were warm and genuinely attentive throughout our stay. A special mention for Creeks Restaurant, where the experience was exceptional, largely thanks to Ms. Gayatri, the supervisor and hostess. She was absolutely amazing the way she explained everything, the genuine care she took, and the warmth she brought made the whole experience a pleasure. The teams attentiveness really stood out. At one point they went out of their way to make sure we were well looked after, even offering complimentary desserts for my daughter a thoughtful gesture that made the meal feel special. The attention to detail was remarkable; no small thing seemed to escape their notice. The ambience was lovely too, warm and relaxed, making it easy to settle in and enjoy the meal. The cuisine was excellent, and the breakfast spread was the most generous Ive come across anywhere including a wide variety of local dishes that were tasty and wonderfully authentic. Overall, a memorable stay that wed happily return to. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great food, and genuine hospitality in Kumarakom.

This was our family's first time visiting Gokulam Grand Resort, on the recommendation of my cousin, and it turned out to be an absolutely wonderful stay from start to finish! The resort exceeded every expectation, and I can't recommend it highly enough. The cleanliness of the property is outstanding, every corner of the resort, from the lobby to the rooms to the common areas, was spotless and impeccably maintained throughout our stay. You could tell the housekeeping team takes real pride in their work. Our room was well-appointed with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, thoughtfully arranged and in perfect working order. Everything felt fresh, modern, and well cared for. What truly stood out was the staff, they were incredibly attentive and friendly at every turn, always ready with a warm smile and genuinely eager to help. Whether it was a small request or something more, the team went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and taken care of. The food was a definite highlight, excellent quality with a great variety to choose from, catering to different tastes and preferences. Every meal was a treat, and it was clear a lot of care goes into the kitchen. The resort itself is beautifully set up, with scenic views that make you want to just sit back, relax, and soak it all in. It's the kind of place that adds so much to the overall experience. Overall, this was a fantastic stay and one of the better resort experiences we've had. Our family will definitely be coming back here, and I highly recommend Gokulam Grand Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable getaway with top-notch service. We recently had a wonderful stay at Gokulam Grand Kumarakom and would like to express our sincere appreciation to the entire team for making our visit memorable. A special thanks to General Manager Mr. Manoj and his team for their warm hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout our stay. Their commitment to guest satisfaction was evident in every aspect of the experience. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. We would especially like to appreciate the F&B team for their outstanding service and culinary excellence. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition for maintaining exceptional cleanliness and neatness across the property and guest rooms. The Front Office team was equally impressive, always welcoming, courteous, and efficient in assisting with our needs. The property itself is beautifully maintained, featuring lush garden spaces, a clean and inviting swimming pool, and several enjoyable recreational activities. We particularly enjoyed the pedal boating, cycling, game zone, kayaking, bamboo rafting, and the unique floating bridge experience, all of which added great value to our stay. Special mention Mr Sreejith, Mr Joseph, Mr Jobin, Mr Rajeesh, Mr Mahalingam and Mr vijayan ( Safety and security) Overall, Gokulam Grand Kumarakom offers a perfect blend of comfort, recreation, and hospitality.
