They were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests or questions I had. The quality of the food was excellent. **** **Overall Experience** Overall, my stay exceeded my expectations. Just spent 3 unforgettable nights at Fortune retreats, and I can’t rave enough about the experience! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome by the incredible staff—they truly go above and beyond. Stayed here for 2 nights, very clean and self sufficient rooms to cater to your every need. The balcony view is the best of valley view you will ever need. It's breathtaking. Food at Celeste is great. The service is on point as well.

Pro: 1. Rooms are good. 2. The place is good and it's on top of the Hill. 3. Management is good. 4. They provide additional big blankets on need basis. Cons: 1. Rooms are located at top of the Ooty Hill. It's a Plus and Minus as it's difficult to reach the hotel in a big car. But we saw a mini bus also reached. 2. Some Room's bathroom doors don't close properly as expected. Due to this cold breeze air will come to the bedroom. 3. TV is not in the bedroom. It's located at the room's entrance. 4. The outside view is not from the bedroom. The view is from the entrance room. 5. Delivery of food from their own restaurant is very slow.

The resort is setup at great heights. It is one of the best resort in terms of hospitality location and the rooms. Elson will be there all time to make your stay and travel more comfortable. They also have a travel desk through which they will give you beat itinerary plans.
