Absolutely perfect stay! We checked in on 8th Feb 2026, and Ajay bro handled everything smoothly right from the start of our planning. The views from our room were stunning, surrounded by beautiful carrot fields. The food was cooked very well, the room and washrooms were clean, and the staff was polite and helpful throughout our stay. It was such a great experience that well definitely visit again. Dont think twice before booking

Best hotel i have seen ever. Neat and clean rooms with all the necessary items. 24/7 services available. Good management and fabulous morning breakfast. I liked the cat most there such a preety cat. Honest review (suggested (must go))

Ooty trip was awesome, with amazing green views. The rooms were spotless and cozy. Definitely recommend it for families and friends. It's a great choice, all things considered. And also the staff were so nice and super responsive.

I had a last-minute booking issue when the room I originally reserved didnt answer calls and turned out to be closed. Thankfully, British County stepped in and saved the day. They arranged everything quickly and smoothly, even at such short notice, and offered affordable rates without compromising on comfort. The staff were polite, helpful, and made sure the check-in process was hassle-free. The ambience of the resort was calm and welcoming, and the room was surprisingly spacious, with plenty of room to relax and unwind. It really added to the overall comfort of the stay. Overall, the stay was pleasant, peaceful, and far better than what I expected in such a stressful moment. Definitely recommending British County for their prompt support, great ambience, and customer-friendly service!

really liked the property, the location is excellent, and the view from the rooms is beautiful. However, we felt that some areas need a bit of maintenance, Overall, we enjoyed our stay, just a few updates would make the place even better.
