We recently had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We had booked a 2-bedroom cottage, which was extremely well-maintained, neat, and spotless. The level of cleanliness across the rooms and the entire property was truly impressive. The cottage also offered great privacy, making our stay peaceful and comfortable. The swimming pool and the childrens play area were also very well kept, which made it even more enjoyable for families. The property is filled with lovely blossoms and greenery, creating a calm and pleasant atmosphere throughout. The food deserves a special mention whether it was dinner or the complimentary breakfast, every dish was absolutely delicious and well-prepared. Lastly, the behavior of the staff really added to our experience. The reception team, room service, and restaurant staff were all courteous, attentive, and helpful. Their hospitality was truly the cherry on the cake. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend this resort without any hesitation!

Our stay at this resort was wonderful. The views were beautiful, especially overlooking the tea plantations, which made the whole experience very relaxing. The welcome drink and breakfast were delightful, and the grape juice served at breakfast was especially excellent. The food overall was delicious we tried breakfast and dinner and the service of employees were very polite and attentive, making us feel truly welcomed. The only small downsides were that the pool felt a bit small, and it would have been nice if it were larger to better accommodate bigger groups and families with children. Also, the beds felt a little small for two adults and a toddler to sleep comfortably. Aside from these minor points, everything else was great. We truly enjoyed the atmosphere and hospitality and would definitely recommend this resort. We look forward to coming back again.

Our stay at the resort was truly delightful from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the staff and welcomed with refreshing welcome drinks, which set a pleasant tone for our visit. The rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean, tidy, and well maintained. The availability of 24-hour hot water added to the overall comfort of our stay. The food, including the buffet breakfast and dinner, was delicious and offered a satisfying variety of options. The resort provides ample parking space, which is very convenient for guests traveling by car. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of providing a pamphlet with a map of nearby tourist attractionsit proved very helpful for planning our outings. Complimentary Wi-Fi was available throughout the property and was particularly useful, as mobile network coverage (Idea and BSNL) was weak or inconsistent in the area. The well-maintained infinity swimming pool and dedicated kids play area were excellent amenities that enhanced the overall experience. What stood out the most was the courteous and attentive nature of the staff, along with the resorts breathtaking hill views. The only minor drawback was the approximately 700-meter approach road leading to the resort, which has several steep climbs and sharp curves and would benefit from some maintenance. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily recommend this resort to others seeking a comfortable and scenic getaway.

Had an amazing stay at Falcon Crest Resort. The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by misty hills, greenery, and breathtaking views. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and well maintained, with a calm and peaceful atmosphere. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more comfortable. The food was delicious and fresh, with good variety and authentic taste. Overall, its a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Highly recommended for families, couples, and anyone looking for a peaceful hill-station getaway. Would love to visit again!
