Hotel is located in a very beautiful area. less than 2km away from Kuttikanam junction. Nice property but No maintenance since hotel started it seems. very old furniture and no cleanliness

My experience was highly disappointing. From disorganized check-in to worn-out accommodations and unavailable amenities, the stay fell short of expectations. and poor service made the trip frustrating. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this property for a relaxing getaway.

Good location and fair price. Staff was welcoming. Room was so dusty, could not sleep the whole night due to sneezing, could not control the speed of the fan, barely any water coming through the tap and toilet.

Excellent customer service..... Even though the booking was made at midnight, they provided a good service. The arrangements was neat and comfy..... Rates was very much affordable.... After booking they provided us our own space. The staff was too good and interactive and supportive. BBQ they arranged for us was with their in-house recipe which was delicious. Thank you for the support ????????????
