Had a really nice stay at Biglaand Dew Castle. The views are beautiful and one of the best things about the property. The swimming pool was very clean, and the entire place was well maintained. The surroundings are peaceful and perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Had a last minute booking without much expectation as it was a continuous Holiday, but this resort surpassed all our expectations and is one of the best resorts in kuttikanam town easily accessible by road,had a wonderful view from the room with a beautiful bed. The amenities were top notch. Has a place to use bonefire and a well maintained park for kids and a Swimming pool. Cherry on top Budget friendly. The host santhosh is a gentleman and was very helpfull and responsive. Next year we will be back. Thanks Biglaand dew for the good moments.

Spent a lovely weekend here with friends. The highlight of the stay was definitely the beautiful view and peaceful surroundings. The property was clean and well looked after, making the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable.

Very disappointing stay. The hotel was extremely overpriced for the quality of service provided. Cleanliness was poor, and housekeeping did not maintain the rooms properly. The cleaners were rude and unprofessional, and the front desk staff were equally unfriendly and unhelpful. The facilities were far below expectationshonestly, even a basic lodge would offer better amenities and service. Customer service throughout the hotel was disappointing, making the stay uncomfortable and frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant or worthwhile experience.

It's good standard for rooms and services. There is no restaurant on site , you have to drive to kuttikkanam for that that's a drawback
