Very enthusiastic and friendly owner. Budget double room on the top floor, pretty much 360 view of Kumily. Bear in mind 63 steps to climb. Plenty of hot water and good blackout curtains. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs as the property is near a main junction. Easy walking to shops and bus station.

Had a wonderful stay at Dolphin Residence! The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Great location, peaceful surroundings, and really good value for money. Would definitely stay here again!

Good place to stay in kumily/thekkady. They have lot of accomodation option & 360 degree view rooms too. Owner is good & takes care of us. They even arrange kalari show, jeep safari & elephant rides at affordable pricing with discount.

Dont take a room without inspecting it first. I had a terrible experience here, especially with the so-called single room, which was completely misleading. There was no attached bathroom, and the common bathroom was shared with outsiders, including drivers who come only to use the washroom. There were broken windows, no CCTV on any floor, and no proper security for valuable belongings. Overall, it was one of the most uncomfortable and unpleasant experiences Ive had. I would not recommend this place.

The owner of the room is very nice. The weather is very nice here and the room is amazing. There is hot water available.
