The resort description mentions that it is located in Thekkady, but the actual location is near Kumily, which was a little misleading. The property is also not really situated inside a natural forest or surrounded by the kind of natural landscape we expected from the description. The overall surroundings were quite different from what we had anticipated. The swimming pool was not temperature-controlled, which made it less enjoyable, especially considering the weather. Another disappointment was the campfire facility. The resort was not willing to arrange a campfire, even though this is something we expected as part of the resort experience. The food was just okay and could definitely be improved in terms of taste and variety. Overall, the experience was average and did not fully meet our expectations based on the resort's description and the experience we were expecting from a stay in Thekkady.

Very happy to stay here. Manager was very friendly and offer me spl rates for the next time. I mostly enjoyed the pool time. Worth of money. Food flavour also cool. Keep coming for next vacation

Horrible service have to say. What is this. There is 0 professionality in anything. Especially front he management side, this ain't how you run a business very disappointed. The rooms itself are nice outside is nice as well but the staff here really makes you wanna lose you mind. Especially traveling with family/friends. Would not recommend if you wanna keep your peace of mind

Such a wonderful place filled with the friendliest staff. From the moment we arrived we were very well taken care of - the place is next to a forest so theres beautiful birdsongs throughout and the possibility of wildlife. The rooms were very clean and modern, even with a balcony. Very calm and peaceful place - slow mornings outside are the best. The staff were very welcoming and helped us out in many ways. We even had a cozy bonfire night! The manager Sam was an absolute jokester, made our stay memorable. We had the best time, he took care of us very well and even fought a lizard for us. Big thanks!! Absolutely loved my stay, recommend to everyone :))

We had a wonderful stay here in Jan 2026. The Team were extremely professional and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The room was lovely with a balcony at treetop level so we were able to enjoy the amazing variety of birds. The grounds are really well cared for - its like an exclusive green oasis but only 10 mins away from the craziness of central Thekaddy. The meals we had were excellent.
