We stayed at Casa Bella Resort, Thekkady for 1 day, and it was a truly pleasant and memorable experience. The owner and staff are extremely supportive, welcoming, and attentive. They even tried their best to arrange an early check-in, which we really appreciated. The breakfast option was very good, and the overall facilities were well maintained. The staff clearly understands guest comfort and always suggests what is best, making the stay smooth and stress-free. What made the stay special was the beautifully designed room the small indoor swing was arranged perfectly and added a charming, aesthetic touch to the space. The atmosphere inside the room was calm and thoughtfully decorated. Outside the rooms, the small ponds and artistic wall carvings created a peaceful and unique ambience, making the resort feel close to nature. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Thekkady who is looking for comfort, warmth, and a visually pleasing stay.

We had a wonderful stay here in Jan 2026. The Team were extremely professional and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The room was lovely with a balcony at treetop level so we were able to enjoy the amazing variety of birds. The grounds are really well cared for - its like an exclusive green oasis but only 10 mins away from the craziness of central Thekaddy. The meals we had were excellent.

Fantastic and remarkable staff service. Casabella is a one of the boutique resort and it is situated near to the main city but once we entering to the hotel its feels like a heaven. They offered campfire, swimming pool, indoor games and one beautiful swing in the garden. The property they maintained very well and the staff service is excellant and they are ready to do service at any time. Thanks to provide memorable holidays for us.

Casa Bella Thekkady disappointed us when we reached there thought narrow alleyways by taxi! it was so unlike what the pictures promised. I would not call it a resort but a glorified hotel. it sits in about 30-40 cents of land surrounded by residential plots. But the moment you enter the place walking up a flight to of stairs, you are in a different world: surrounded by tall trees, and beautifully landscaped grounds with a small pond filled with ornamental fishes and 5 beautiful cottages. You will feel like you are surrounded by forests. they have done a great job of secluding the place from the surrounding residents. they also have a small cute pool at the back of the property. But the best part of our stay was the staff.. both Pooja and Suneesh are extremely helpful and went out of their way to make our stay very delightful and memorable. They arranged it visit to the local Martial arts (kalari) event ( a must see) and our local transportation. we will definitely recommend the place!

Hospitality of the staff was very very nice Just the rooms were smelling a bit due to dampness in the walls because of rain. Food was very good and location of property was beautiful. Staff behavior was very pleasant and friendly
