A great property with an excellent location. Its well connected and within walking distance of the KSRTC bus stand, Tamil Nadu bus stand, and the Periyar Tiger Reserve, which makes getting around very convenient. The owner is extremely humble and helpful, and the garden is beautiful, adding a calm and pleasant vibe to the stay. The road does get a little quiet after 8 PM, but it wasnt an issue at all. Our stay at Bougain Villa Homestay was absolutely wonderful! The place is beautifully maintained with a peaceful ambiance surrounded by greenery a perfect blend of comfort and nature. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged with all the needed amenities. The hosts were exceptionally kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Their local insights and delicious homemade breakfast added a personal touch to our experience. The location is convenient, just a short distance from Thekkady attractions, yet tucked away enough to enjoy tranquility. Overall, it was one of the most pleasant stays weve had highly recommend Bougain Villa to anyone visiting Kumily!

In small amount we cant expect more. The homestay is in heart of the city but rooms are pretty old. If budget is tight then this is good option.

We had a lovely experience staying here. The room was simple, neat, and very clean with fresh bedsheets and a spotless floor. The bathroom was spacious and theres enough car parking space available which made things convenient for us. The location is calm and peaceful, away from the usual traffic noise. Its also close to the main attractions which was a big plus. We even spotted monkeys and a big squirrel right from our doorstep a unique experience for us all! The place is perfect for families. We really enjoyed our stay. Theres a spa upstairs if you're looking to relax more. The greenery around the house, with lots of plants, added to the peaceful vibe. Sitting outside and enjoying the cool climate was truly refreshing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm and clean stay!
