Nice stay with a beautiful location and pleasant climate. The food was average, possibly due to the large number of guests during our stay. However, the service provided by the staff was excellent. A special thanks to Sabith. The package included a stream trekking activity, and spending time near the stream was absolutely worth it. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and enjoyed our stay.

I had a wonderful experience at this resort! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive to every detail. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for relaxation. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed with all modern amenities. The view was breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset truly unforgettable! The food was another highlight delicious, fresh, and with a great variety of options. Every meal felt special. What impressed me the most was the overall ambiance of the resort calm, clean, and luxurious without feeling overwhelming. Its the perfect place to unwind and escape from daily stress. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay. I will definitely visit again!

Very Poor Service and Unpleasant Stay. I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room lacked basic cleanliness and was not maintained properly, which made the stay uncomfortable. The staff were not customer-friendly and did not seem interested in helping guests. Additionally, there was no proper service for food, tea, or refreshments at the expected times, which was highly inconvenient. Considering the high price charged, the quality of service provided was very poor and did not meet even basic expectations. Overall, the service felt low class and not worth the money spent. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

Had a really great stay at this resort in 900 Kandi, Wayanad. The location itself is stunning surrounded by greenery and completely peaceful, which made it perfect for a break from the usual routine. The rooms were clean, well maintained and had a nice cozy vibe. What stood out the most was the hospitality. The staff were friendly, approachable and always ready to help without being intrusive. Food was also quite good. Overall, it felt like a calm and refreshing experience. Definitely a place Id recommend if youre looking to unwind and enjoy nature.
