Overall Experience: My visit was excellent from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the entire stay was seamless and highly enjoyable. Food & Snacks: The culinary experience was a major highlight. The food was exceptional, and the snacks were both delicious and well-presented. Staff & Service: The team here is professional and incredibly helpful. Special Mentions: Id like to give a special thanks to Mr. Vishnu and Ms. Sandra for their outstanding hospitality and for going above and beyond to make my experience memorable.

The resort is really amazing. Everything is set up with good quality and proper planning. The main highlight is the ambience and the scenery. Wherever you look, it feels like a perfect frame for photos. The food and other facilities are also good. The staff are very supportive and friendly. Everything is arranged in a systematic way, which makes the stay comfortable. The pool was just awesome. We really enjoyed it. I would suggest this place for both families and bachelors. Out of all the resorts I have visited so far, this is one of the few places where I returned back truly happy.

I stayed at this resort recently and unfortunately my experience was disappointing due to poor management and lack of coordination. During our stay, a large group of students was present. Most of the resorts attention was clearly focused on them. Schedules and plans kept changing for us, and nothing happened on time. It felt like all arrangements were adjusted only for the convenience of the large group, while individual guests were ignored. I had clearly informed the resort in advance about an extra person, and they promised an extra bed and proper accommodation. However, at around 8:45 PM, they provided only a mattress and claimed it was the extra bed, which was not what was promised or expected. After a tiring trek, I ordered juice, but it was served only after a long delay and several follow-ups. Basic hospitality like timely service was missing. The location is good, but management, planning, and guest service need serious improvement. If large groups are given priority, the resort should be transparent about it before taking bookings from other guests. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made us feel truly welcome. The food was delicious with a good variety of options, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was calm and refreshing. The facilities, including the pool and outdoor areas, were well kept overall experience

A truly wonderful resort! Amazing atmosphere and great ambience. The food was very good and the staff were friendly. The jeep ride through the route to the resort was absolutely amazing truly an outstanding, one-of-a-kind experience! Room service could be improved a bit. The absence of a floor mat in the room was a small drawback. If these are improved, the stay would be even more perfect!
