Last month, we fully booked the resort for a wedding function, reserving all 10 cottages. The full amount was paid in advance without any negotiation. At the time of booking, it was clearly agreed that our family would use the dining area above the reception for dinner. However, on the night of the event, a staff member from the reception/management suddenly informed us that we were not allowed to use the dining area. The staff member who had originally taken the booking and payment was unavailable at that time. Only after repeated discussions did the management acknowledge their mistake and allow us to use the spaceat the very last moment. Otherwise, we would have been forced to change the resort despite having made a full payment. The situation worsened during dinner. While our family members were eating, a staff member rudely entered and questioned who had allowed the air conditioner to be turned on. There was an AC installed in the dining area, and no one had informed us that it was not permitted to be used. If there were restrictions, this should have been clearly communicated in advance. Overall, the property is poorly managed and lacks basic coordination and professionalism. The experience was extremely disappointing and stressful, especially for a family wedding. I would not recommend this resort for family functions.

This resort stands out as the best for its exceptional service and authentic Kerala experience. The nearby restaurants and backwater boat rides arranged by the resort add great value to the stay. There a swimming pool in where the children loves it and enjoying family fun. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Anandhu, who truly embodies the spirit of Kerala. He represents the state with utmost pride as a sincere ambassador of kindness, honesty, and warmth. His character and dedication leave a lasting impression and elevate the entire experience. Mr. Anandhu is a remarkable example of genuine hospitality and makes every guest feel truly valued.

Terrible rooms. Horrible green water . Leaking roofs . We were there as a large group for a wedding and the situation was very very bad .
