Best host We had the most amazing stay here. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful He started guiding us even before we began our trip, sharing routes, tips, and must-visit spots. That personal touch made planning so easy. The rooms were spotless, hygienic, and beautifully aesthetic. Every corner felt thoughtfully done. It truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you for the memories!

Fantastic stay. Uncle was extremely helpful, kind and nice. Very quick service, homely, cozy atmosphere. We had to ring a bell nearby our room, and Uncle would be there to help us within a minute Cleanliness top notch, weather top notch, very near to Saravana Bhavan where we enjoyed the yummiest food. Our Munnar trip was made better after staying in this cottage. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL.

Westend Cottage is a nice, small, and cozy place to stay with clean, spacious rooms and all basic amenities. Its location is very convenient, close to the bus stand, market, and good restaurants, making it easy to explore Munnar. Overall, its a peaceful and budget-friendly option with helpful staff.

Ideal location in the center of munnar and shops and restaurants are at Walkable distance and their interior is next level and suits their cottage name and it's best for couples with affordable pricing but... They were little quick to respond as it's a remodeled house and the incharge stays in 1st floor, our issues were we booked 2 rooms of which one was okay but another one was small in size with very small bathroom and it was dripping from the roof inside the room, So i recommend you to inspect the room through video call and fix the exact room, cause they have 4 room and select the one with big bathroom cause the other 2 don't have attached bathroom and the room needs little ventilation so let some air flow before going to bed, Happy journey
