The place is infested with small beetle like bugs which come out of their hiding at midnight, falling onto your bed from the ceiling. Could not sleep peacefully, had to call the owner who arranged a better room where the bugs were comparitively less. In the morning the owner was of the attitude its usual.Small slugs were flowing out of the tap. users please stay away from this old dilapidated building atleast during monsoon season. Other times only need to worry about snakes in the untrimmed grassy front yard

We had booked 3 rooms 2 of which were small located in the main building. The other one in the new building is quite spacious. They have a beautiful house and a great collection of artefacts specially in the dining area. Their coffee plantation is good too and you can witness the staff picking and drying coffee beans. Place is close to Tholpetty reserve and about 9kms from Nagarhole Tiger Reserve, a must do. Inside the property one can hear a variety of birds throughout the day making it a memorable experience. The stay is owned by a family and they are very warm and hospitable. Akash was helpful in recommendations for local sightseeing and making our stay pleasant. They accomodated all our food requests since my elderly parents had some peculiar food priorities. The food quite delicious but you may want to tell them about spicy/hot preference. Non-veg food was quite delicious. Do tell your food options beforehand.

Rooms : Convenient , comfortable and most importantly the rooms are cool even during the afternoon heat ( no fans are also neeeded ) . Property: Surrounded by trees , plants , it’s a perfect place for a family get away . It’s quiet but you can hear natures sounds through out the day. The mornings were serene here. Hosts : Lethika and Purushothaman were wonderful hosts. They were caring , and very accommodative. We had breakfasts and dinners here , the food was delicious and very homely. Overall, we had a great vacation at this property. And We would stay here again.

This is a traditional Kerala style house located in the forest area of Tholpetty. The Wayanad forest reserve is located close to this place. The place, the cleanliness and the service are all good. They have a nice garden and a huge house that can be used by all the guests. They provide delicious breakfast. The place is located within the forest area so you can also see deer in their garden!! A good place to stay with family.

We stayed there for 2 nights and the stay was amazing. Good location surrounded by nature and the view was just awesome. The major reason for selecting this property was because of its accommodation capability and we were around 5 families with 20 people. Kids have got enough space to play in the courtyard. The rooms were very clean, very spacious, and had almost all the amenities giving it a home-like experience. The food was homely and delicious!. Hospitality at its best!. Host Praveen and his family are awesome! Overall experience was quite great and memorable!
