Spacious, comfortable rooms. Wonderful room service and cleanup. Refills were given over every cleanup which was nice. There are 2 restaurants already open and so far, we were told 2 more with different themes were also getting ready. The quality, and quantity of food provided was totally worth it. The decors and hanging bridge were noteworthy. There is a fish spa available too.. Swimming pool and infinity pool were there. There is waterfall (artificial) which would be scheduled for particular time, was there. Indoor games, spa, cricket, badminton, archery, cycling and many more activities are available. It is a very large area ... So much walkable area available. Still, if we want to not walk, or need help to bring things to stay from parking, there are vehicles and drivers provided by the management, available anytime.

I stayed at Vythiri Village Resort during the holiday season on 25th and 26th December 2025. The location and rooms are easily a 5/5the property is expansive, beautifully designed, and surrounded by nature. It truly feels like a premium resort tucked away in Wayanad. The resort offers plenty of amenities, including an artificial waterfall, two swimming pools, multiple activity areas, and four restaurants (though only one restaurant was operational during my stay). The overall property layout and ambience are impressive, and theres a lot to explore within the resort itself. However, the food and service experience didnt quite match the quality of the property. Breakfast was underwhelming, with several items served cold and only a single live omelette station. The overall food quality was average, and a few dishes were below average considering the scale and reputation of the resort. The resort also offers activities like cricket, cycling, and archery, which is a great idea, but unfortunately, these facilities were not very well maintained, which limited the experience. The staff mentioned that they were short-staffed due to the holiday season, which may explain some of the service gaps. While this is understandable given the peak travel dates, better planning would significantly improve the guest experience. Overall, Vythiri Village Resort is a fantastic property with great rooms and location, but there is clear room for improvement in food quality, service efficiency, and activity maintenance. With better execution in these areas, the resort could offer a truly exceptional experience.

Stayed at this resort for a couple of days. The google map is accurate. They have ample parking available within the premises. Lot of greenery in the resort and the whole resort is well maintained as well. The whole place is like a huge rectangle, you walk the lengthy side of the place. Not much width available for it to look spacious. Neat and well maintained property. Rooms & washrooms were clean as well. You have vans running up and down the length of the resort. So, basically you dont have to walk. You can wait for a van or call them to arrange a van for you. Artificial waterfall and the bridge are the highlights. Food was good too. The staff at the restaurant were managed by women, which was a good. And they did a pretty good job as well. Very courteous staff everywhere. Kudos to the staff. They had live music as well. The singers had amazing talent. There was an indoor game room with table tennis, carroms, chess and a small trampoline for kids. Outdoor activities, too, were enough to spend quality time at the property. Special mention - Day of my checkout, as I was having my breakfast, I requested the staff if they can provide some Khichdi (for my 3 year old) for the road. They said it was breakfast time and rice items are part of lunch/dinner. But, they said they would check with the chef and get back. Guess what...they did pack some khichdi for the kid. They did not let me pay as well saying "it is for the kid, so, it is ok sir". Kudos to the chef and the staff again.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering complete privacy. The resort is well maintained, and every corner reflects care and attention to detail. The staff deserves a special mention , courteous, warm, and always willing to help, which truly enhances the overall experience. The food was enjoyable with a good variety in buffet, and the peaceful atmosphere of the resort makes every meal feel relaxed and unhurried. Whether its a walk through the property or simply enjoying the surroundings, the resort offers a sense of quiet luxury without being overwhelming. Overall, Vythiri Village Resort is an excellent choice for couples, families, or anyone looking to disconnect from routine and reconnect with nature. A memorable stay, and definitely a place we would love to visit again.
