We had a fantastic stay at Vyna Hillock Resorts. The resort is surrounded by lush greenery and offers outstanding valley views that make you instantly relax. The rooms are spotless, well-designed, and very comfortable. The food was delicious with good portion sizes and great variety. What sets the place apart is the hospitality every staff member was polite, prompt, and genuinely caring. Its an ideal destination for families, couples, or anyone looking to unwind in nature. Would happily return!

We stayed at Vyna Hillock Resort and it turned out to be a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful, calm, and surrounded by nature. The room was lovely, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The service throughout our stay was excellent, and the staff were polite and attentive. The morning nature walk was worth. The scenery and the sunrise was something we loved. A special mention to Sachin, who guided us on the nature walk. He is a very kind soul and explained everything so well, making the walk both relaxing and informative. It was one of the highlights of our stay. The food was good. Honestly, I loved everything about this place the room, the service, the property, and the peaceful atmosphere. I was very, very, very much satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. We will surely visit again!

The stay was very pleasant overall. The room service and responsiveness were excellent (I booked the room directly rather than through an online service). The staff was extremely friendly, and anything we needed was delivered within minutes of calling from the room. Truly amazing service. The adventure activities and the glass bridge was very nice. One issue I had was with the food. The complimentary breakfast was very goodno complaints there. However, the dishes on the la carte menu were disappointing. We tried both lunch and dinner at the restaurant on two separate occasions, and unfortunately, the food did not taste good. The prices were also quite high, and considering the quality and portion sizes, it did not feel worth the cost. The second issue isnt something I can really blame the resort for, but its something guests should be aware of before visiting. All the room balconies face the forest, which means there are a lot of monkeys around. Although the staff warns you at check-in not to leave anything on the balcony, the monkeys frequently roam onto the balconies, which can be quite annoying. Its difficult to sit or stand outside and relax, and most of the time we had to keep the balcony doors closed. The monkeys can spot even a small item in your hand and may approach the balcony. If the door is slightly open, theres even a chance they could enter the room. They can also be aggressive and arent easily scared away. I understand this is part of the natural environment and not something the resort can fully control, but guests should be prepared for the possibility that they may not be able to fully enjoy the balcony.

It was very good and relished experience that 2 days we stayed there. Food was good, staffs are very humble and nice, responding for our needs was too good. I would like to appreciate the staffs who is take caring of Chola restaurant(2 persons,forgot to ask their names). Ultimately the ambience were really inside the little forest which is sooo good.
