Munnar Castle is truly one of the best view hotels in Munnar. The property is extremely neat, tidy, and spotlessly clean. The rooms are well ventilated, and the view from the wide, clear glass windows is absolutely stunning. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained, and the hot water shower is especially recommendable. The hotel also has an in-house restaurant, and the tea served there was amazing. Parking is ample and available on-site at all times, which makes things very convenient. The manager is kind, helpful, and friendly, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The hotel is located slightly away from the heavy hustle and bustle of the city centre, making it an ideal place for a peaceful stay. Honestly, it feels like more than just a 3-star property. Totally worth the money for the location, comfort, and experience.

!!!Worst Experience!!! I am planning make an escalation to this hotel owner. I would strongly advise Families to stay away from this hotel if you want a peaceful experience. They have staffs who does not even respond to your concern or request. Very worst experience at this hotel. Its not even worth for a single star rating. They don't even provide basic toiletries like brush, tooth paste etc. We had a huge struggle to have these later from them. Also they have lot of language understanding issue and they don't have a basic courtesy of handling the customers. Their staffs are VERY RUDE and when we complained about the same to their reception, they did not consider it and and were more lethargic in responding back to us. Infront of us, another customer was asking why they were not provided with toiletries , then the receptionist named Mani said it is not applicable for them. Really it was very strange to hear this kind of answer from the hotel staff. I would strongly recommend to stay away from this hotel.

Had a wonderful stay at Munnar Castle ( )! Rooms were clean, spacious, and cozy with a beautiful view of the hills. The staff was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. Great location with easy access to nearby attractions. Perfect for a relaxing getaway in Munnar!
