Fraud Hotel – A Nightmare Stay! Avoid this place at all costs. The experience here was nothing short of horrific. - Food Issues: Forget about eating here unless you place your order "3 hours in advance". Even then, don't expect anything decent. If you want a simple cup of tea or even "mineral water", you’re out of luck – "not available"! There’s no nearby shop to buy essentials either. - Filthy Rooms: The rooms are disgusting, filled with insects and dirt. Definitely not suitable for anyone who values cleanliness. - Scam with Taxis: If you plan to go anywhere, brace yourself for a rip-off. Their taxi drivers demand ?1000 or more for short distances. The hotel clearly has a shady arrangement with them. Overall: This was the "worst experience" I’ve ever had at a hotel. Stay far away if you want a stress-free and pleasant trip.

This is the worst resort experience I ever had in my life. First of all the security there at the property is absolute zero… The door lock for the entire room is attached in the pic..The last I remember seeing it (room lock) was 20 years ago in one of the public toilets. The rooms were not clean and dust. I had booked the property for 2 days but had to run away from there after the first day without sleeping the whole night. The bathroom towels were substandard and were old. The bedroom blankets were provided after asking for it. Those were also old blanket types.. The pillows were smelly ( could literally smell sweat) . Basic amenities like kettles and water also were not there.. will never ever choose this resort again in my life. Thanks Tulsi Village for wonderfully spoiling my much awaited vacation

It was the highlight of our entire trip! We stayed in a Tree House and an A-Frame Cabin, and both were absolutely worth it. The service was excellent, and the views from the accommodations were simply mesmerizing.

Horrible experience, couldn’t give less than 1 star. Untidy rooms , untidy towels and blankets, web all across. No tea or snacks after 4 pm , we checked in at 5 pm and left the place in early morning 4 AM. Pathetic room and bed. Broken and untidy bathroom mirrors and broken wardrobe. Torn towels which was used as mop ! Bad smell coming inside room ! Cost of one roti is 20/- that too is packet roti ! Food is also too bad and too costly. No liquid in mosquito repellent machine. No proper locking system of main glass door . Curtains are never washed. Please see all the photos attached . NO proper lighting . No near by shops also to drink tea or coffee. Overall its just worth 500 rupees room ! Waste of money. Please choose to stay in munnar and no at this location. I called them in morning to checkout and pay the dinner bill but no one pocked call. So left the place and later payed the bill when they contacted via call. ! Full waste of money. Do not visit this place.

One of the worst experiences being a malayali itself ! Worst nightmare in tulsi village. Went with my wife and had to run away in early morning5 Am to a better place. Please see the photo attached. 1. No security 2. Too much sound from other guest even at midnight. 3.Old substandard torn towels,blanket,linen and smelly pillows. 4. Broken lights in washroom. 5. Web all accross , even though they say its is a farm kind of house , i am a malyali and i know how to keep webs clean 6. No mosqito liquid. 7.no proper door locks, even after choosing cottage. 8. Worst food and costly also! Packet chappati cost 20 rupees. 9. Broken wardrobe. 10. Dirty fans 11. Bad climate to stay here , better go for munnar. 12. No tea /coffee snacks provided after 4 pm- they say kitchen is closed , then how do they provide dinner ? 13. No near by shops 14. No kettles or tv or any basic amenities provided. Please choose a different property in different location and do not fall for these traps.
