We had a fantastic experience at this resort in Kuttanad. The ambience is absolutely serene and refreshing, surrounded by the natural beauty of Keralas backwaters. Its the perfect place to relax and unwind. The reception staff were extremely courteous and welcoming. The reception guy was especially helpful and made our check-in process smooth and pleasant and upgraded my room to suite. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a very cozy atmosphere. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and we would definitely love to visit again. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Triveny Camelot Resort & Spa in Chambakkulam, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The resort is tucked away in a peaceful, scenic location right along the backwaters, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a beautiful verandah overlooking the riverideal for enjoying morning tea or simply taking in the quiet surroundings. The traditional Kerala architecture combined with modern amenities gave the stay a very cozy yet premium feel. What truly stood out was the warm hospitality. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. They even arranged a serene boat ride through the backwaters, which became one of the highlights of the trip. The food was delicious, especially the Kerala-style dishes. Breakfast was fresh, simple, and flavorful, and the dinner spread offered plenty of local specialties worth trying. Nice clean property. Ambience is good. Food is good. But too slow service. They can deny of food any point of time. No breakfast till 8:30. After that you have to wait 1 hour. No dinner after 9:30. Restaurant service Is one can say pathetic.

Our stay at Triveni Camelot Resort & Spa was truly memorable, and the highlight of the entire experience was definitely the food! Every meal served was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The chefs put real care into every dish from traditional Kerala delicacies like karimeen pollichathu and duck roast to North Indian and continental options. The breakfast spread was generous, with plenty of variety and everything tasting homemade. What made it even more special was the personal touch the staff were always happy to customize dishes and even surprised us with local specialities we hadnt tried before. Dining by the backwaters added a serene charm to the experience, making every meal feel special. Overall, the food quality, taste, and hospitality exceeded our expectations. If youre someone who enjoys authentic Kerala cuisine along with warm service and a peaceful setting, this resort is a perfect choice!

I recently stayed at this resort and had a very disappointing experience. There was a power cut in the middle of the night, which lasted for nearly half an hour. During this time, the room became extremely hot and uncomfortable, making it very difficult to rest. This was especially frustrating as basic backup power is expected in a resort of this category. I booked this property mainly because of the swimming pool, but unfortunately, access to the pool was denied due to what were explained as technical or minor issues. No prior information was given, and no alternative arrangement or compensation was offered, which felt unfair since the pool was a key reason for my booking. Another important concern was the lack of proper room preparation. Even though the hotel claims to check rooms before allotting them to guests, there was no shower gel available in the bathroom when I went to use it. This shows poor attention to basic hospitality details. Overall, the experience did not match the expectations created by the propertys presentation. Power issues, denial of promised facilities, and inadequate room readiness significantly affected my stay. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves service standards for future guests.
