A very beautiful resort with friendly staff. Absolutely loved the way they have maintained the greenery- every plant is taken care of so well and that's clearly seen! Room was clean, with all amenities. Plus it came with a balcony which was great. What I wish was better- Breakfast. Reason- Spread was okayish, but they lacked staff because of which they weren't able to handle the guests. Refills were slow and food got over very quicky. Next is the timing- breakfast is only there for 1.5 hours which is also the same time for pool opening. We thought we'll go for a quick swim and then have breakfast. But they opened the pool 45 mins late due to which we couldn't enjoy a swim and then the breakfast was also a bad experience. Overall, I would recommend this resort if you're coming on a weekday because clearly they cannot manage the crowd on weekends.

Absolutely incredible experience in the Spa! .The Staff Sai Lakshmi and Neethu over there are exceptionally talented and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. The service was top-notch, the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and the attention to detail was impressive. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind! The ambiance was peaceful and spotless. I left feeling totally refreshed and will definitely be back!

All the stuffs are very courteous helpful. Property is very nice and clean. Breakfast was awesome. But one weird thing you can't find one single fan in all over the property. Only in rooms. Also food quantity is less for ala carte. But i would go back again despite of these.

The room was good, clean, and well-maintained. Complimentary breakfast was tasty and had good options. The food we ordered during our stay was also very good and enjoyable. However, one issue constantly disappointed us, the Wi-Fi. It would work with good speed initially, but after 5 minutes it stopped working, and then started again after some time. This kept repeating. This issue occurred on 23 mobile phones as well as a laptop, which made it difficult to work online. Overall, the stay was comfortable, but improving Wi-Fi stability would make a big difference, especially for guests who need to work.

Had a truly wonderful stay at The Story Resort, Yercaud! The property is beautifully located amidst nature, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all modern amenities. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring we felt comfortable and well taken care of. The food was delicious with a good variety of options, and the service was quick and efficient. Overall, a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and nature. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Yercaud!
