Long post alert! Easily hands-down this is one of the best resort in Yercaud after GRT. Our choices were between this and Shambala, we chose this cuz it is more kid-friendly than the other. We are family of 4, high-energy daughter and hypersonic son. Here you go, the resort through my eyes, Pros: - absolutely beautiful, aesthetic and picturesque. Definitely there is lot of thought and work is put into this. - every aspect looks beautiful - resort entrance, lobby, restaurant, rooms, lawn, artificial pond and green lush - I booked Suite room and thoroughly happy of the choice I made. Very spacious for 4 and the cot is well made with a decent bathroom. - Vikram, property manager was kind and helpful through the reservation - Restaurant was also aesthetically built allowing lot of natural light to flow through Cons: - road leading to resort is completely off-road, prepare for a complete mess - Resort is full of stairs and steps. People with knee issues and elderly people completely avoid. Stairing the steps is daily affair for food & sight-seeing, so beware - Food is ok types but all the food tastes the same for south-indian and north-indian. Menu spread is also less. But breakfast was good though. Tea & coffee are horrible Overall will definitely recommend for others to give it a try for sure. GRT is overpriced and Shambala is in the woods, this resort balances well and worth spending every penny.

Pros-Overall a happy stay. Happy with the indoor games and ambience of the property. Awesome place for photography. Walkable to the sky park destination. Cons-Road construction issue for vehicle entry. Balcony view of superior room has parking view. Also we found a lizard in the room which was a little bit annoying. Service needs to improve related to rooms. Food taste and options can be improved.

A Wonderful Stay at The Story Resorts & Spa, Yercaud Just got back from a stay at The Story Resorts & Spa in Yercaud, and this one genuinely deserves a detailed shoutout. The property itself sits on about 1.5 acres near Berry Garden, just off Pagoda Point Road, tucked into a quiet valley a few minutes outside the main town, so it has this tranquil, away-from-it-all feel without being inconveniently far from anything. The heritage-style architecture and dcor give it real character too. There's an Indonesian doll collection, a Buddha statue, and little art pieces scattered around the property that make it feel curated rather than just decorated. We ended up taking photos in a dozen different corners without even trying. The food, served at their in-house restaurant, was a real highlight of the trip. Light on the stomach but right on flavor, nothing heavy or over-seasoned, just clean, well-balanced cooking that felt fresh with every dish. We later found out they cook everything to order rather than using anything pre-prepared, which explains why it tasted so good and also why service took a little longer than usual. Worth the wait, honestly. The staff made the whole experience even better. Courteous at every turn, quick to respond to anything we needed, and never intrusive about it. That kind of attentiveness makes a real difference to how relaxed you actually feel during a stay, and it was consistent across the board, from housekeeping to the restaurant staff. And the ambience tied it all together. Between the garden areas, the lawn, and the evening campfire with live music, there's a genuine sense of calm to the place that's hard to manufacture. We spent an evening just sitting out by the campfire, and it might have been the best part of the whole trip. A properly lovely stay overall. Great food, great people, great atmosphere. Already looking forward to going back.

An enjoyable stay with very friendly staff, though there are a few operational kinks to iron out. The pathways are lovely but get dangerously slippery when wet, so please be cautious. Service could be snappier; we often had to call multiple times for water refills & room cleaning. Additionally, the kitchen should double-check orders for kidsour babys plain curd rice was sent with chilies, which they did fix upon request. We also found the breakfast staff a bit rigid when we asked to pack two small idlis for our infant. I understand the policy against takeaway, but given the remote location and the fact that we were happy to pay, it felt like an unnecessary hurdle. They eventually obliged, but a little more empathy in such situations would go a long way. Overall, a good property with room for improvement in guest relations

All the stuffs are very courteous helpful. Property is very nice and clean. Breakfast was awesome. But one weird thing you can't find one single fan in all over the property. Only in rooms. Also food quantity is less for ala carte. But i would go back again despite of these.
We would be more than happy to help you. Our team is 24/7 at your service to help you.
