We had a very pleasant stay at The Serene Park, Munnar. The property is calm, surrounded by greenery, and perfect for anyone looking to relax close to nature. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a beautiful forest and mountain view from the balcony. A special mention to Mr. Santhosh, the owner, whose warm and caring hospitality truly made the stay memorable. He is extremely helpful and ensures guests feel at home at all times. The home-style Kerala breakfast was delicious and added to the overall experience. Although the property is located downhill, it is manageable if you have your own vehicle and is well worth it for the peaceful ambience. Overall, The Serene Park is an excellent option for nature lovers seeking a quiet and comfortable stay in Munnar. Highly recommended.

I recently stayed at The Serene Park in Munnar and had a wonderful experience. The location is peaceful, surrounded by greenery, and gives a very relaxing vibe. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What really made the stay special was the behaviour of the owner. He is extremely kind, helpful, and genuinely cares about guests comfort. From guiding us with local sightseeing to making sure we felt at home, his hospitality was truly commendable. The caretaker at the property also takes very good care of guests, always available with a smile and ready to help whenever needed. Overall, The Serene Park is a great place to stay if youre looking for peace, comfort, and warm hospitality in Munnar. Highly recommended!

Based on the reviews on MakeMyTrip, my wife and myself expected a mountain side view. When we reached the resort and we discovered that it was close to the valley, we were somewhat disappointed with the location initially, but later on we felt happy because the view of the mountains on the opposite side was good, I would say that it's a proper homestay rather than a hotel and the facilities were really good. The owner was very helpful and courteous. His wife provided a nice delicious Kerala style breakfast and he also provided us a bike to explore Munnar on a rental basis at a very reasonable cost. The bike was very helpful. We enjoyed the birds singing early in the morning and the forest view. It was like a bird sanctuary behind the resort. I recommend this place for those who are bird lovers and nature lovers. Also don't worry about the resort being in the valley, the owner will help you to come to the resort if you ask him to help. He dropped us at Anachal bus stop after we checked out which was very helpful. Overall it was a reasonably good stay at this resort

Experience: This hotel was quite an unusual experience. It doesnt have a reception or any formal check-in area everything is managed almost by a single person who is the owner, manager and trying to do all at once. While I appreciate the effort of running the place single-handedly, the service quality was unfortunately quite poor. Even the simplest requests, like ordering food or availing basic facilities, took an unusually long time. Accessibility & Location: The property is located downhill from the main road, making it very difficult to access. For elderly people or families, its particularly inconvenient and even risky. The road leading to the hotel is steep and slippery, so unless youre driving a 4x4, its not recommended to go up or down frequently. Check-in Process: There was no proper check-in procedure. I wasnt even asked for an ID, as there was no reception desk at all. Additionally, if youve booked through BookMyTrip, be aware that cancellations or refunds are not allowed once the booking is confirmed. Ambience: To be fair, the surroundings are serene and scenic the hotel is nestled amidst lush green mountains, offering a peaceful environment away from the city. Its perfect if youre seeking solitude or want to experience nature closely. All-in-all: This place might appeal to adventure seekers or groups of friends in their mid-twenties who want a unique offbeat stay. However, its not recommended for families or elderly travellers due to the difficult terrain, limited accessibility, and lack of proper facilities. The hotel no doubt is secluded and at a scenic stay, but the poor service, inconvenient location, and lack of basic hospitality make it hard to recommend for most people seeking convenience and comfort.

I have given 4 Star just for the location as this hotel is situated at the down hill which is very peak if your coming by your own vehicle it's not an issue but otherwise travelling to the hotel is a bit challenging but nothing to complaint much and munnar is a hill station and it's very common thing there to find property in up hill and down.. The service was excellent though there was no reception or anything fancy hotel type. The service, food and accommodation was up to the mark without complaint. We had a peaceful stay without disturbance. If your looking for a quite cozy and relaxed stay this would be perfect hotel.
