The scenic beauty of Green Palace Resort is awesome. The price is worth paying. Most importantly the cordiality and service of all the staffs are excellent. Especially I would mention the name of Sabu, the manager of the resort, who understands the customer's requirement with blink of an eye. The owner of the resort is also very cordial and welcoming. I would recommend stay at Green Palace for a very good memory and good feeling to carry with.

at this resort was extremely disappointing and fell far short of expectations. What was meant to be a relaxing vacation turned into a frustrating experience due to multiple issues throughout our stay. From the very beginning, the staff displayed an unprofessional and discourteous attitude. Basic hospitality and willingness to assist were noticeably absent. Additionally, several amenities and services that were clearly promised at the time of booking were either unavailable or significantly different from what was advertised, which felt misleading. The food was another major concern. The quality was poor, preparation was inconsistent, and hygiene standards were questionable, leaving us with very few acceptable dining options. Adding to the inconvenience were sudden changes in room allocations and meal schedules, causing unnecessary confusion and disruption. Cleanliness was also well below acceptable standards. The rooms were inadequately maintained, with visible dust, unclean bathrooms, and stained linensconditions that are unacceptable for a property positioning itself as a premium resort. Overall, this resort does not deliver on comfort, professionalism, or value for money. I would not recommend it to anyone seeking a pleasant or stress-free stay, as there are far better options that truly honor their commitments.

We stayed one night and really enjoyed the food tasty and freshly prepared. The resorts scenic location is beautiful and great for photography, and the short wooden boat ride to reach it was a wonderful experience. Sabu, the manager, was very kind and helpful he took care of all our needs and requests, which we truly appreciated. The swimming pool was bit of concern, as, both our children developed skin burns in neck and chest area, likely from over-chlorination The rooms were spacious but had a damp smell. Would loved if the rooms were given a facelift. Overall, great location, food, and staff, but the pool maintenance need urgent attention.

Our stay at Green Palace Ayurveda Resort was a wonderful experience! The journey to the property itself was memorable, they took us on a very scenic boat ride from the car parking area to the resort. A small tip for fellow travelers: make sure to get the car parking location from the resort beforehand instead of directly entering the resort name on Google Maps. The staff, especially Jobi and Sabu, were extremely helpful throughout our stay. They went out of their way to assist with our daily needs, stayed up till late at night to ensure we were comfortable, and even arranged an early morning boat ride during checkout. The Premier Lake View Room offered a beautiful view of the backwaters peaceful, serene, and perfect for relaxing. The restaurant food was also quite good, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a calm, authentic backwater stay in Alleppey!

The worst place you can book for a holiday. We booked it thinking it was an ayurvedic resort. But it is anything but an ayrvedic resort. We paid a heavy price for 2 room for 2 nights and we get medimix soap, torn & stained linen. My parents went for a massage and we were told the ayurveda Dr will meet them in the evening. But he didn't turn up and next morning we saw him Dr. Nigil in the kitchen taking orders. He was also very rude. Even though we called for him, he did not come. On the last day when we were checking out and refused to pay fot the horrible massage, he came to take the money. They don't have basic facilities fir a normal massage also. The post man gave a massage to my father. I had specifically booked it, to experience ayurvedic massage. But i wasted a day of my holiday. So you can imagine how the place is. The worst hotel we have ever stayed at. By mistake also don't book this place.
