We booked Room N4 for one night through Cleartrip, but the pictures on the app were completely misleading. Here is why we had a terrible experience: Room Layout & Cleanliness: I was shocked to find the washbasin inside the bedroom instead of the bathroom (which wasn't shown in the booking photos). The room had a foul smell, and the bedsheets, pillows, and blankets were all badly stained. While the staff did change the sheets when requested, the overall room still felt poorly maintained. The shower wasn't working properly. Worse, we got dirty black water from the tap early in the morninglikely because the water tank isn't cleaned regularly and the sludge mixed in when it refilled. They failed to inform us beforehand that their restaurant was non-functional. Since I was traveling with a kid, this was a massive inconvenience as we had to step out for both lunch and dinner. The staff on duty were supportive and tried to help. However, for 5,000 a night, this place is completely overpriced, poorly maintained, and feels like a basic lodge. Would not recommend.

I recently stayed at The Brook Resorts & Spa and had an absolutely fantastic experience with their chiropractor, Dr. Nisha. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to understand my specific problem areas before starting the session. The treatment provided immediate relief and was highly effective. If you are staying here or visiting their wellness center, I highly recommend booking a session with her. Thank you, Dr. Nisha, for the exceptional service!

We stayed at Brooke Resort, Yercaud for 2 days, but our experience was very disappointing. The facilities and services promised during booking were not provided properly. The rooms were not neat and clean, and there was a very bad smell inside the room. Hygiene and maintenance were extremely poor. The bathroom lock was broken, and the electrical switch boards were loose and unsafe. Basic safety and cleanliness were missing. The resort charged a very high amount for 3 persons in one room, but the quality of service did not match the price at all. There was no proper dinner arrangement, no driver room facility, and many promised amenities were not available. We expected a comfortable family stay, but instead faced inconvenience and poor management. Management should improve cleanliness, maintenance, customer service, and provide the facilities they promise before charging premium prices. Not recommended for families unless major improvements are made.

We booked the room for a weekend. They were connect with me through WhatsApp after the advance booking. We came long way from pondicherry even without having breakfast and thought of having it in the in house restaurant. They have informed us that they are having in house restaurant and complimentary breakfast. But while the time of check in they told us that the restaurant is closed due to lack LPG stock. They haven't informed about the LPG issue us while booking ! Since the property is far from yercuad town it was very tough to find food, it was so difficult for people who don't have their own vehicle. Since we came by bus we try ordering through Swiggy but it was not also available due to tower issue. There are no restuarants no snack shop nearby, come here only with your prvt vehicle The irresponsiblility of the resort management was clearly seen. The room was not that quality, bathroom was stinky and the bathroom door latch was not working The complimentary breakfast was so running shot, even we reached by 8:30 AM there were only provided bread and jam. We were waiting for a long time even for tea and coffee. We tried Spa service, which was good and soothing one. The price was also reasonable

We had a pleasant stay at The Brook Resorts & Spa. Its a good economical option in Yercaud with a very central and convenient location. A special mention to Chef Yezhumalai, who takes excellent care of guests at the restaurant, is very accommodating with requests, and genuinely ensures everyone leaves satisfied. The only areas for improvement would be the room upkeep and pool maintenance, as both could be better maintained and more updated. Overall, a decent value-for-money stay.
