Stayed at the property for 2 days The originally booked property was changed before arrival due to a drainage issue, which was communicated in advance. Rooms were okayish clean but very basic. No toiletries provided in the washroom. Jet spray was not working properly, which was inconvenient. The balcony view was gorgeous and the best part of the stay. Receptionist and housekeeping staff were very helpful, responsive, and active. Swimming pool was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was average. Opted for an early check-out. Process was smooth and hassle-free. The team prepared breakfast for us in advance, which was a very sweet and thoughtful gesture. Overall: A mixed experience with great views and supportive staff, but room amenities and food quality need improvement.

Arbour Resort Review Location: Munnar, Kerala Duration of Stay: 2 days I recently stayed at Arbour Resort in the scenic hills of Munnar, Kerala. The resort is surrounded by lush greenery, tea plantations, and beautiful hill views, making it an ideal choice for travelers seeking peace and natural beauty. The serene and secluded location is a major highlight. However, it is important to note that the resort is quite far from Munnar town, with no nearby restaurants or shops. As a result, guests are completely dependent on the resort for food and basic needs, which can feel limiting during the stay. In terms of amenities, the swimming pool is a key attraction and generally enjoyable. That said, there is a serious safety concern that needs immediate attention. Some of the pool tiles were loose, which unfortunately caused minor injuries to children. This issue should be addressed urgently to ensure the safety and comfort of guests, especially families. The food experience was a letdown. The menu options were very limited, and the taste did not meet expectations. The absence of local Kerala cuisine was disappointing, given the regions rich culinary heritage. A wider variety of dishes, particularly authentic Kerala items, would significantly improve the dining experience. On a positive note, the staff were courteous, polite, and attentive throughout the stay, ensuring prompt service whenever required. Overall, Arbour Resort offers a tranquil environment and beautiful surroundings, but improvements in food quality, menu variety, amenities, and especially safety measures are essential. I would consider returning mainly for the location and calm atmosphere, hoping to see these areas improved in the future.

We stayed 2 days at Arbour resort Munnar, for this property my Pros & Cons as below for upcoming users / viewers Pros - Good Hill Scenic location to seen sun rises from hill & clouds which feels very mesmorising as we don't see in daily routine - Resort rooms are spacious with balcony view - Resort staff is polite & helpful during stay - Parking facility available - for Childrens Swimming pool & play area vailable Cons - at time of entry Resort manager says need to pay rest 50% payment now , as generally we paid at check out ( No Support from Rainwood booking staff for this mess ) - Location far from any Tourist place of Munnar hence need to think before booking as it increases travel time - Breakfast is good North indian style but in Dinner they disappoint us, on 1st day Buffet dinner available & next day without information buffet cancelled , alos taste is average & no any traditional Kerala dish available there - Kitchen area staff working very slow for orders & disappoint dinner emotions - Swimming pool cleaning & safety issue need to adress as in cold we cant use it

We had an amazing family stay at Arbor Resort! The club rooms were perfectly set up, and the team decorated everything beautifully for our little ones first birthday. The climate was lovely, the service was excellent, and the food was truly delicious all at an affordable price. The swimming pool was clean, clear, and super enjoyable. Overall, everything was really, really good and we loved every moment of our stay

View is amazing. One can stroll in the premises with some beautiful spots. Balcony attached to room is spacious with beautiful view. Windows of the room opens on thick plantation side, which is amazing. One has to go uphill for reception and cafeteria, which is again an interesting part. Swimming pool has clear water. Food is spicy but staff of cafeteria are courteous. Well spent quality time.
