Staying at this cottage was an absolutely refreshing experience. Surrounded by lush cardamom plantations, the place feels calm, green, and incredibly beautifulperfect for anyone who wants to relax in nature. Morning tea with the aroma of cardamom all around was honestly the best part. The cottage is well-maintained, peaceful, and has a very cozy vibe. The homemade food deserves a special mentionfresh, delicious, and prepared with so much care that it truly felt like home-cooked meals. What truly made the stay special was the staffextremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality made us feel completely at home. Highly recommended for a serene getaway away from the city chaos. Best for Family!!

We had a wonderful stay at Tea Drop Plantation Cottage. The location is beautiful, surrounded by lush tea gardens and greenery, making it very peaceful and refreshing. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. The staff were very polite, helpful, and cooperative throughout our stay. Food was tasty and freshly prepared, with good homely flavors. The cottage atmosphere is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature away from city noise. Overall, its a great place for families, couples, and anyone looking for a calm and scenic stay. Highly recommended, and I would definitely love to visit again.

The highlight of this property is the Host. He took care of our every small requirement right from arrival until the check out. He arranged a safe parking for our big car at his friend's home near the main road and took our luggage in his jeep. Even though our site seeing got delayed and we missed to order the dinner by evening, our request for dinner is still obliged and arranged. They have a fixed menu for next day breakfast, but we asked for different items. Initially, the boy at the homestay said, it is not possible, but the Host surprised us by serving what we asked. The next day host dropped us at our parking site himself and enquired whether we reached home safely until we arrived. This is the true meaning of the homestay. The property might not be located in the heart of the town and may not provide luxury service like a typical business hotel, but it completely justified the concept of a homestay. The host can arrange good parking. He has good contacts with the local Jeep owners for site seeing and Safari. Even though a bit limited, the food menu is decent and quality is good. Overall, a peaceful, simple homestay in the midst of a plantation, a bit distant from the busy town area, but worthy to stay.

I have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, everything was terrible. The staff was extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. Management showed zero concern for guest comfort or complaints. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and smelled bad. Basic cleanliness was missing, and nothing looked like the photos shown online. Requests were ignored, and when we complained, the staff behaved arrogantly instead of fixing the issues. There was no proper service, no accountability, and no hospitality at all. This place feels like a scam rather than a hotel. Management clearly does not care about guests or standards. I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and stay literally anywhere else. Absolute waste of time and money.

The owner and management of this homestay are extremely rude. Such a place should not be allowed to operate, and authorities must take legal action. Families should never consider visiting this property. The washrooms were dirty, and the bed sheets looked unwashed. There was no proper car parking, and the steep slope makes it very difficultand unsafeto drive back, especially at night. Overall, there is no safety at all. The bathroom doors were not closing properly. We arrived around 9 PM and found many people drinking alcohol outside, which made the environment very uncomfortable and unsuitable for families. This is the worst management experience we have ever had. Please do not waste your hard-earned money here. I do not recommend this place at all and will be filing a complaint with the consumer court and on review websites.
