What started as a simple family reunion quickly turned into a logistical puzzlebecause even with our small family of 50 people, finding a place that could fit all of us together is no joke. We finally settled on Swastha after the host confidently promised he could handle the chaos. Frankly, I was prepared for a long list of challenges , given that our group ranged from energetic 7yearolds to equally energetic 77yearolds, and every variety of personality in between. As the self-appointed (and questionably qualified) organizerthanks to the event being held in my hometownI walked in expecting trouble. Instead, the whole thing turned out to be a grand success. The real magic came from team Swastha and my dear friend/ man Friday Pranav, the man behind the homestay. He somehow managed to give us villas close enough that could fit us all together, fetched people who had to stay in another homestay because of our last-minute bookings, tolerated every whim, fancy, and unreasonable demand that I made, and kept everyone well-fed and well-entertained. Honestly, Pranav and his team felt like geniesminus the three-wish limit and with a lot more patience. The place itself was beautifulwarm, welcoming, and giving total home away from home vibes. The food was delicious, the setting was perfect, and the event turned out far better than anything I couldve pulled off on my own. A huge thanks to Pranav (the man), Gokul (the ever-smiling caretaker), and the entire Swastha team. We had an absolute blast, and Id wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home minus the cleaning (sweeping, mopping and dusting),and upkeep ofcourse

We had a wonderful experience at SWASTA Resort. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained the perfect place to relax and unwind away from the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, and the overall ambience of the resort was calm and refreshing. A special thanks and appreciation to the caretaker Gokul for his outstanding service. He was extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. His warm attitude and dedication truly made our stay more comfortable and memorable. Its rare to find such genuinely caring service, and Gokul deserves special recognition for that. Thank you, SWASTA Resort and Gokul, for such a pleasant and memorable stay. We will definitely be visiting again and recommending this place to others!

We stayed at Swastha Heritage Homestays for 6 days with our family and friends, and it was a truly memorable experience. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, always making sure we felt comfortable. The food was delicious and homely, adding to the charm of the stay. The homestay provided the perfect setting for quality family time. We enjoyed exploring Wayanads scenic beauty and also made a trip to Kannur, which added to the adventure. Overall, it was a pleasant and refreshing getaway, and we left with wonderful memories.

The rooms were nice and maintained well... The staff was very helpful and friendly. This place is kind of in center of various attractions , so worth the price. The breakfast options and coffee was not upto mark. Other than that it was a very nice experience.

We stayed at Swastha Heritage recently as a group of 6. The ambience of the place is beautiful and very peaceful, it has a great natural charm that we really liked. The service by the caretaker was excellent; he was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. However, there are a few things to keep in mind: the room sizes are quite small, which made it feel a bit tight for a group of our size. Also, if you are looking for a fully private property, this may not be the right choice. There is no real privacy as the layout is quite open, and it doesn't feel like an exclusive space. Great for the atmosphere and service, but a bit lacking in space and seclusion.
