Excellent Service and Atmosphere. Perfect stay for a group of Friends. 1)Decent sized Pool : 8 people can easily have fun even though it looks small. 2)Very courteous & friendly staff : ready for any help any time of the night. 3)Rooms and bedsheets are neat and clean but the Bathroom cleanliness needs improvement. 4) Very Spacious Balcony Like Area which is the best part of this property. 5) Budget friendly : felt like it's value for money. Overall Very much satisfied. Personally I don't recommend it for Family but for bachelors it's a perfect setup ????.

Lovely Experience! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful homestay with my family. The host was absolutely lovely and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The place was spotless and the swimming pool was amazing. The beach was also just a short walk away. If you're looking for a homely experience with your family in a serene place, I highly recommend this homestay. You won't be disappointed! **Here are some specific things I loved about my stay:** * The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always happy to answer our questions. * The place was very clean and tidy. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the swimming pool was well-maintained. * The beach was just a short walk away, which was perfect for our family. * The food was delicious and home-cooked. We really enjoyed trying the local cuisine. Overall, we had an absolutely wonderful stay at this homestay. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly vacation. Special thanks to Sunny and Rinjo for going out of the way to ensure that our stay was fantastic. Absolutely loved the visit to the Chethy beach and Fish market. Thankyou!

We had an awesome time with my family and friends... Kids enjoyed it the most. Having a private pool just 100m from the beach is an awesome experience. Courteous staff, neat & clean rooms and awesome food are the highlights of our stay.

Pretty good place to gather for all kinds of functions and programs. The entire house could be booked altogether or even separate rooms. All the rooms were really great, clean, good beds, clean toilets, air conditioning and all other amenities. The swimming pool was really cool, visited with all my friends and spend several hours inside it. Beach is just less than 50m away from resort, which is very private. There's space for conducting programs on the top floor. Service was so good. One of the must stay place in allapey.

One of the best value for money beach house. They have 4 bedroom and can accommodate 8 to 10 people easily. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The customer service was just outstanding. The people were very friendly and understanding. They have really good Kerala style home cooked food. We just need to say what kind of food we prefer. They have barbecue options as well. Have a decent size pool which has been well maintained. Breakfast was simple and tasteful Kerala dishes. The beach is hardly 2min walk. The beach is not private, but there is hardly any crowd. Highly recommended if you are looking for a budget friendly beach house.
