We stayed for 11 months on lease for Rs. 50,000/-, monthly rent basis, excluding electric bill, wireless from Nov. 20 to Sept. 21. The Manager/Caretaker, Mr. Sukesan, connected the electric usage of the Villa at right to our meter. As the monthly Bill was exhorbitant for 2 persons (running only a single split unit and using only one bedroom), we talked to Mr. Sukesan and he finally agreed for Rs. 3,000/- monthly. - air conditioning units: very old, shut down very often - TV provided: very old Model, dysfunctional - no wireless provided - Refrigerator: very old, smelly, unhygenic Being we came to TVM from Canada, we were assured of fully furnished house, but reneged on his promises, we adjusted to his cheating mentality and we had to buy a TV and a Refrigerator and subscribed to internet services. We brought to his attention that roof water tank is dirty, he didn't bother to clean it. We then arranged cleaning at our cost! THIS IS TO THE ATTENTION OF THE TRUE OWNER OF THE VILLA... WE GET CONFLICTING NEWS... IT BELONGS TO ROGER AND SUGARMA FROM UK...
