had an excellent experience flying with Emirates. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and the staff were professional, courteous, and attentive throughout the journey. Absolutely perfect getaway in the hills! Star Emirates Luxury Resort & Spa exceeded all our expectations. The location offers stunning valley views, the rooms are beautifully designed, and the food is delicious. The spa experience was the highlight of our trip pure bliss. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel overallAlthough I faced a few issues with my room initialy the management was very responsive and made every effort to resolve them as quickly as possible. A special thanks to Mr Vimal and Mr Nibin, who were extremely helpful and personally assisted in resolving the issues promptly. Their profeessional cooperative and their willingness to help made a big difference to my overall stay. Really appreciate the support and hospitality. Highly recommend this resort!

Had a really pleasant stay at this resort. The rooms were decent like not so good yet not bad, but what truly stood out was the excellent hospitality, staff, and especially the food. The food was genuinely one of the highlights of our stayeverything we tried was fresh, flavourful and served hot. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.
