My stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness. The staff was polite, professional, and responsive to requests. The food served was fresh and delicious. Overall, it was a comfortable and satisfying experience

Stay at this hotel was very good and comfortable. The premises is covered with lot of greenery and colourful flowers. The interiors and the ambience is aesthetic. Their birds sanctuary is an attraction. Restaurant serves good and tasty food. Staff are very courteous and friendly. Camp fire organized was a great time spent in the open air in the company of other guests of the hotel.

I really enjoyed my time here. There were a lot of recreational activities. Ambience was breathtaking. Service was excellent as well. My family and I had a lot of fun during our stay here. The staff were great too. Food quality was really good. And the view was extraordinary too.

Perched higher up in the mountains, Star Emirates Resort & Spa offers a truly serene and scenic escape. The elevated location is the standout feature, with beautiful views of the surrounding greenery and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it perfect for relaxation. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. The spa facilities added a nice element of comfort and rejuvenation. A more versatile breakfast selection and slightly faster la carte service would enhance the overall experience. Despite these minor points, the stay was very enjoyable and offered good value for money.

So I would like to cover a few different aspects about the property. 1. The location of this property is serene. It is situated in a very quiet neighborhood, offering peace and calm. 2. The property has all the amenities one would expect from such property. The rooms were clean, well maintained and hygienic. 3. The restaurant of the property "Spice Aromas" offers very good food with multi cuisine options. Also, the breakfast buffet has good number of options with their live counter open for fresh dosa/uttapam. 4. The resort itself is big with 3-4 different properties within walking distance. However, the property is located at steep slope. So a vehicle is always needed and more specially for elderly people. 5. We stayed at the resort for 2 nights and did face one or two small problems but the best part is that the staff was very helpful and courteous, the resolutions were prompt. Overall, ours was a very good stay. Absolute value for money. Highly recommend.
