Stayed/visited on 4th, 5th, and 6th June. Very poor experience. The road leading to the hotel is completely off-road, making it difficult to access and raising concerns about vehicle damage. There is no proper accommodation for drivers and not even a basic restroom facility. We were asked to use the staff restroom, which was in very poor condition. Even the guests expressed dissatisfaction with the room quality. While customers may book based on online photos and reviews, driver safety and proper rest are equally important, especially during 2-night/3-day trips. A well-rested driver is essential for safe travel. When we raised concerns, the hotel management informed us that vehicle safety was at our own risk. I kindly request customers to check parking facilities, driver accommodation, and room quality before booking. The management should pay more attention to these issues. If proper facilities and safety measures are provided, we would be happy to bring more customers in the future.

I recently stayed at Spice Jungle Resort in Munnar, and it was a fantastic experience. The vibe of the resort is incrediblevery peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were excellentspacious, clean, and well-maintained. A big shout-out to the staff; their service was top-notch, and they were very helpful throughout our stay. The food was also delicious with a good variety. Another plus point is the ample parking space they provide, which made things very convenient. Overall, it's a great place for anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Munnar. Highly recommended!

Extremely bad and disappointing experience at Maat Spice Garden. The property is located almost 900 meters uphill from the ground and the access is very inconvenient. With family and luggage it becomes a serious problem. We clearly requested pickup from the ground, but it was ignored and poorly managed. Basic hygiene and facilities are unacceptable. There was no proper water supply in the bathroom. Water kept coming and going randomly, making it impossible to use basic washroom facilities properly. The rooms and beds were in a terrible condition. Strong foul smell was coming from everywhere. The rooms felt dirty and unhygienic. We had to use room freshener ourselves just to tolerate staying inside. Food quality was extremely poor. North Indian food is advertised but nothing even close was served. Taste was bad, options were almost zero, and overall quality was below basic standards. Overall management is careless and unprofessional. The stay felt like a complete waste of money. This place should not be recommended for families or anyone expecting even basic comfort and cleanliness. After seeing this experience, I cancelled my booking at their other property as well. Even then, they refused to provide a refund. This shows complete lack of customer care and zero responsibility toward guests.

Had a nice stay at Spice Jungle Resort. The place gives a real jungle feel with very calm and peaceful nature. The pool was good, and they also arranged campfire and music which made the stay enjoyable. The road to reach the resort is fully off-road and a bit difficult, but good thing is they provide jeep arrangements. I tried only breakfast once, and it was okay. Overall, a good experience for nature lovers.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is surrounded by beautiful nature, giving a peaceful and refreshing jungle vibe. The rooms were unique and well-maintained, blending comfort with a natural, rustic feel. The service was excellentstaff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The food was absolutely top-notch, especially the spicy dishes which were full of flavor and truly memorable. If youre looking for a relaxing getaway with great service, delicious food, and a touch of nature, this place is highly recommended!
