Awesome Hospitality and Well Planned .I respect their efforts in making stay comfortable and memorable.Hygenity and Service are Top Notch. One Star less because they cam work on improving parking place and can improve on food service. Can Provide Home Food with limited options .i feel it makes stay even delightful and add essence to the goStay.

The rooms are spacious, but there are several drawbacks. This property is not in Munnar but in Anachal, so without personal transportation, it can be costly and difficult to travel to sightseeing spots. Additionally, there are very few nearby restaurants. Basic amenities like soap are not provided, hot water takes a long time to come, and no drinking water is available. Overall, it’s an okay option for bachelors but not recommended for families.

Worst hotel with worst people Had a pathetic stay in munnar at this hotel , The main problem with this hotel is rooms are very smelly because of seepage and worst part is the washroom ducts are interconnected and if someone in other rooms is smoking your whole washroom becomes smelly and is very difficult to use it. I would give this hotel a zero or rather negative star for spoiling customer experience. These people doesnt have basic amenities like glass or bowl but they give reasons that we dont provide breakfast so no glass or bowl.

Great experience staying in SN Holiday Home in Anachal, Munnar. The rooms were large and clean so we didn't bother much with our infant son. The host Ranju was very kind and helpful with every queries and concerns. The location is in proper Anachal so you don’t find difficult to reach there. There are lot of near by locations to visit. If required they provide jeep safari contacts with reasonable price. There are lot of restaurants and shops nearby in walkable distance. The room service is also good and we were very satisfied with our stay especially with an infant. I suggest everyone SN Holiday Homes for a budget friendly stay without compromising the service.

The only good thing were the rooms. It was big. And clean. Everything else was garbage. The worst of the whole trip. Non-existent service. No complimentary drinking water. Poses as a homestay when it's a cheap hotel scamming people as a good homestay Awful water heating system. When it has cold water. You can't do anything. When they turn on the hot water on their end. Every faucet gets boiling hot water. You can't even mix in cold water to fix the temps even if you want to, not until they stop the hot water on their end. Almost burned myself. No lift obviously. And wifi is limited to basically the lower floor. And of course no food at the place. So basically you either pay a lot for delivery. Or climb a steep slope to get food. AVOID. You can get much better deals.
