I recently (Oct 2026) stayed at this resort with my wife for two days. I chose this place mainly because I had seen several videos and promotional content from YouTubers and others, which created a very good impression of the resort. However, after experiencing the stay myself, I felt there was a significant difference between the expectations created through the promotions and the actual experience. The price was quite high, possibly because it was a weekend, and I understand that weekend rates can be higher. But considering the amount we paid, I expected better maintenance and food quality. We stayed in an Igloo Room on the first day. The room door required extra effort to open and close, and there was no mirror inside the room, which was inconvenient. On the second day, we stayed in a Sunshine Room, where there was a noticeable gap around the main door, including at the top and bottom. This affected the overall comfort and the feeling of privacy. The food was also below average for the price we paid. Overall, I felt that the room maintenance and food quality did not match the premium pricing. My suggestion to the management is that if the resort is being promoted extensively through YouTubers and other promotional channels, the actual guest experience should match those expectations. The resort has good potential, but better maintenance, attention to room facilities, and improvement in food quality would make the experience much better. Im sharing this as genuine feedback because I expected more based on the promotional videos and the price we paid.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience during my recent stay at Sherav Stellar Resort! Nestled in the heart of Yercaud, the resort offers a wonderfully serene and calm environment surrounded by lush nature. It was the perfect place to unwind, refresh, and enjoy quality time. Highly recommended if you are looking for a peaceful getaway amidst nature!

My stay here was extremely disappointing, especially considering the price of around 12,000 per night. The property is marketed as a premium resort, but the experience was nowhere close to premium. There was no watchman at the entrance, so anyone could enter. The so-called reception was just a very small room outside the gate, which did not feel like a proper resort reception at all. The Mountain View and Mermaid rooms we booked were actually located outside the main resort area. It was very surprising to pay a premium amount and then realize that the room was not even within the main resort premises. Service was another major disappointment. We stayed on weekdays during a non-seasonal period specifically to avoid crowds, but the staff repeatedly mentioned that there were limited bookings and therefore limited services. However, we were still charged the full amount upfront. For 12,000 per night, I expected safety, comfort, service and proper facilities. Unfortunately, none of these matched the price. I would definitely not consider this a premium resort based on my experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Sherva Stellar Resort, Yercaud. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome and hospitality made us feel comfortable. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms and amenities were well maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of tasty options to choose from. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience. Excellent service, great hospitality, good amenities, and friendly staff made our stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Yercaud and would love to stay here again!

We recently stayed at Sherva Steller Resort in Forest of Romance Room, and it was truly a wonderful experience! The hotel offers a beautiful scenic view, making it a perfect place to relax with family. The highlight for us was the room with a private pool, our kids absolutely loved it and spent so much time enjoying themselves. It really made our stay extra special. The food was simply amazing, with excellent taste and quality. Every meal was satisfying and well-prepared. Although the climate in April wasnt very pleasant, the overall experience at the resort made up for it. One useful tipbooking directly as a walk-in gave us a much better price compared to online rates. Overall, we had a fantastic family stay and would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!
