I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel warmly welcomed and were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. My room was comfortable and offered a stunning view ,truly a highlight of the experience and they considered negotiation. The breakfast I had was absolutely delicious, with a variety that catered to every taste. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, as it combines excellent service, great food, and beautiful scenery. I will definitely visit again.

The stay was truly delightful, with the staff exuding positivity and hospitality. Conveniently located near Munnar town, yet blissfully away from the hustle and bustle, the property offered a perfect blend of accessibility and tranquility. Shafeek, who managed everything impeccably, ensured that our experience was seamless and enjoyable. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional value for money—an excellent stay accompanied by delectable cuisine, all within a budget-friendly package. One suggestion for further enhancement would be to improve the parking space, which would add even more convenience to an already remarkable experience.

Deluxe Room was Spacious and Good. Garden area should have been maintained well. We have been made to wait in dining area for more than an hour for complementary Breakfast.

This hotel serves delicious meals for lunch and dinner with friendly service from the front desk staffs. The rooms are well-equipped and clean, located in a pleasant area. However, the breakfast options are limited. The main downside is the parking situation, with only space for three cars, If there's no space, we have to park the car on the roadside. One day, I parked my car on the roadside, and someone drew scratches on my car's bonnet. That's quite disappointing.. Despite this, the overall stay was enjoyable, with the parking issue being the primary drawback.The hotel price is also affordable.

Comfortable and pretty decent stay at Shamrock, Munnar. 2 years back we've stayed in this hotel. Service was great, hence decided to stay here again. Spacious rooms, pleasant view, supportive staff. Must try hotel in Munnar, 5km from bus stand, very close to Pothamedu view point.
