The view is amazing but the room rate is kinda not good for the room. The room was dirty when we came here. The only thing that was beautiful was the pool.Its dirty with all kinds of bugs, looks like they never clean it'. And frequent power cut. One should come with a torch or candle.Overall not at all satisfied with Serenity.

Place is good but service is absolutely unprofessional, they don’t provide proper bills . Rates quoted varies after reaching Hotel for check in and the receptionist at check-in Counter had no idea of booking so you have to be prepared to wait at least an hour for Check In . After the full booking amount is received they inform that Breakfast will not be provided where as prior to that they informed the package includes Breakfast. Most importantly the rooms which we asked for and agreed prior to check-in was not provided they changed that even though no one else was staying in any other room. There was a snake in the garden area posing threat to the safety of guests , hence overall experience was pathetic. Will not recommend this location due to the poor hospitality and unprofessional staff.

We booked a standard room. But its not worth for money. When we reached there, we found a big space between the windows and wall (image attached). When we raise the complaint they changed our room. But bathroom is dirty. Room is not maintained well. alot of manufacturing defects are there including no proper painting. Weather and natural view is positive.

It was a good nights stay at serenity panchalimedu. The place was packed when we checked in. Mr cyriac helped us check in and provided all necessary assistance. Our room was close to the generator room (?) So it was noisy at night interrupting the "serenity" of the location. Except that everything was good. An open kitchen restaurant is nearby which serves homely food. The pool is amazing and the walkway to the pool is so creative and maintained very well. Wish the room was a bit more private from onlookers view but no complaints since we were kinda late to arrive and the place was booked out completely. A really good stay, recommend this place to couples and so travellers who are looking for a bang for their buck ??????
