Our stay at this nature-friendly hotel was truly refreshing. The property is beautifully maintained and blends perfectly with the natural surroundings. From the moment we arrived, we felt peaceful and relaxed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to give a serene experience. The staff especially Mr. Arun were polite, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The ambience, the greenery, and the calm atmosphere made our stay memorable. Serenity is a good place to stay if you are looking for a calm and comfortable place. Located near the beautiful Panchalimedu, Serenity has good rooms, a fine restaurant, well-equipped common areas, children's area and a good swimming pool. The balcony attached to every room permits a beautiful view of the far-away hills and valleys of Periyar Tiger Reserve, sometimes with a couple of wild elephants feeding on them. As a birdwatcher I loved the place because I could spot a couple of rare beauties such as Indian Blue Robin, Blue-capped Rock-Thrush, Blue-throated Blue Flycatcher, and Small Minivet.

Very good place to stay. Great location, staffs were very friendly. Had many facilities. If you are planning to go on a trip for 2-3 days this place is highly recommendod.

The room and the premises were neat and tidy. Nothing extra ordinary about the resort and infrastructure. But, the hospitality was amazing. The staff made sure that we were comfortable and at home. Worth mentioning is the service of Anjitha, Binu Chettan and the room service staff. Throughout our stay, they were ready to cater to all our needs, irrespective of the time. There's an access to a waterfall from the resort which would be of great interest to the trekking enthusiasts.

Had a beautiful staying experience at Serenity, Panchalimedu, it doesn't look like a luxury resort from outside view but once you entered in the room we'll see a different ambience inside, beautiful view from the top, nicely maintained clean room with all basic amenities, great service support especially from the manager Mr.Arun , we'll get good food from the restaurant also, all together it's a nice place which gives a great staying experience at a beautiful location
