It was an excellent experience. We family of 14 (including kids) booked 4 rooms. It was neat and a very pleasant stay. The owner took us to the nearby waterfall as well. We enjoyed the swimming pool very much. Food from adjacent restaurant was also good. Improvement tips: - please make tea coffee available quickly at request. Morning it got delayed by 2 hours. - TV signal went off intermittently

Never ever go here unless youre looking for a survival reality show experience ..... This resort should honestly be renamed to Adventure Camp: No Facilities Edition. They do have a swimming pool but its more of a look only, dont touch museum piece. Apparently, if they turn on the filter, you might get an electric shock so yes, swimming comes with a free bonus risk Food is provided but eating it is entirely optional (and not recommended if you value your taste buds). AC and WiFi? Those are luxury concepts that clearly havent reached this place yet. The washroom is another highlight. Turn on the tap once and you get a thrilling surprise the pipe might break! Water supply plays hide and seek every 30 minutes, just to keep things exciting. They also promise 24-hour room service which means service until 10 PM, after that you're on your own, good luck. Power cuts happen every hour, so you can enjoy a peaceful digital detox whether you like it or not. Safety? Lets just say youll become more alert and aware of your surroundings than ever before. Overall, not a resort its an unplanned adventure experience. Visit only if youre feeling extremely brave .......

I recently spent two days at Serenity Panchalimedu, and it was truly a refreshing escape. If you are looking for a place to unwind and reconnect with nature, this resort is an excellent choice.. It is the perfect spot for anyone wanting to trade city noise for misty hills and quiet moments. I highly recommend it.

The view is amazing. The property has a nice swimming pool... Good for kids and small groups. Has privacy. Food is nice. More than anything the view is amazing.

Worst experience staying here. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Most of the positive reviews seem fake and possibly posted by staff, as they are very short and unrealistic. The service is extremely poor. They claim 24/7 service, but when we needed something as basic as water, the staff had locked themselves in and ignored us completely. The swimming pool is in terrible condition. The water looked dirty and unmaintained, as if it hasnt been cleaned in a long time. When we raised a complaint, the staff gave careless and unhelpful responses instead of fixing the issue. The bathroom facilities were also very badbroken fittings, poor maintenance, and inconsistent water supply. We were served spoiled milk, and when we complained, they showed no concern at all. Customer service is practically nonexistent. The food quality is also very poor, and the staff keep making excuses instead of addressing issues. There is also no proper security. Doors are not managed properly, and it feels unsafe as anyone can enter. Overall, this place is badly managed and not worth the money. Avoid this stay.
