I had the pleasure of staying at Scenic Hotel, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The entire team took exceptional care of me and made me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. The staff as a whole are an amazing group of professionals who go out of their way to ensure guests are comfortable and happy. A special mention goes to Aishweryah, who went above and beyond in every possible way. She is absolutely fantastic at what she does, and her dedication and warmth made my experience even more memorable. I have already recommended this hotel to everyone I know who is planning to visit Munnar, and I will continue to do so in the future. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Scenic Munnar Hotel. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. During check-in, the staff gave us a warm welcome and explained the property in detail, which made us feel very comfortable. The room was spacious, and the washroom was large, clean, and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff were kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. We also tried pool villa for 1 night ...The pool was big, clean and cold covering our villa with separate entry from bathroom which was very thoughtful. The food was superb overall. We had opted for the half-board package as we were a group of four, including one teenage boy. While the quality of food was very good, having the same menu for all four days felt a bit repetitive. It would be great to have more menu options, especially for guests staying longer. Overall, Scenic Munnar Hotel delivered an amazing hospitality experience with great food and comfortable rooms.

I had a wonderful stay at Scenic Munnar Hotel. The service was excellent right from the moment I arrived. During check-in, the staff welcomed me warmly with a traditional tilak on the forehead and served tea with delicious tapioca chips a lovely touch that made me feel instantly at home. The team was very professional and even gave me a quick tour of the property, explaining everything in detail. The room was spacious, and the washroom was surprisingly large and well-maintained. The food throughout my stay was superb, full of authentic flavors and great variety. Overall, Scenic Munnar Hotel delivered an amazing hospitality experience with top-notch service, great food, and comfortable rooms. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Munnar!

Scenic Munnar feels like the best of the best hotel locally. That said it is not a European 5 star hotel. The rooms are modern and clean but let down by fact the WiFi loses signal whenever you leave a building to move to a different building on site. The restaurant is very good with restaurant staff being the jewel in the crown giving an excellent guest experience. Particular thanks to Rustam and chef Siri Hari who were brilliant! We loved the trips outside of the hotel provided by the concierge Palani. He was absolutely wonderful! Palani worked hard to provide individual tailored trips bringing his local insight and knowledge which was invaluable! Overall a wonderful holiday at Scenic Munnar. So good we extended our stay.
