Saj Hideout truly lives up to its namea real hideout away from the chaos of everyday life. With absolutely no network, it might sound intimidating at first, but surprisingly, we never once felt bored or the need to check our phones. Instead, we found ourselves fully immersed in the peaceful surroundings. The place is incredibly serene, with a calming ambience that makes it perfect for unwinding and reconnectingwith nature and with each other. Waking up to the soothing sound of birds chirping was such a refreshing and beautiful experience. Though the rooms are a little congested and theres no AC, it didnt feel like a problem at allthe natural climate and surroundings kept everything comfortable. The food deserves a special mentionevery dish was extraordinarily delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and served with great care. The service overall was warm and attentive. A big shoutout to the manager, Sajith, whose hospitality truly stood out. He was always available, ensuring everything was perfect for us, no matter the time. His dedication and friendly nature made the experience even more memorable. If you're looking for a peaceful escape where you can truly disconnect and relax, Saj Hideout is the perfect destination.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The property is beautifully designed with independent and connected huts, which was perfect for our family stay. We booked two attached huts with a shared veranda, and it felt very comfortable and private. We visited during the off-season, so the pricing was reasonable (around 810K), and it included all three meals and high tea, which made it great value for money. The food was simple but tasty and hygienic, with enough variety for a comfortable stay. Evening tea/coffee was served with snacks. One of the highlights was the campfire experience with authentic Kerala seafood, which was unique and memorable. They also offered complimentary boating, a pool, and a small play area for kids. Overall, it was a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Prices may be higher during peak season, but the experience is definitely worth it.

Excellent people and a beautiful place. SAJ Vagamon Hideout is a wonderful resort inside a tea plantation with a serene lake within the property. The rooms, service, food, and overall atmosphere were truly delightful. A special mention to Mr. Jinto, the Manager, who was always available to coordinate and assist with even the smallest needs. His hospitality and dedication made our stay even more pleasant and comfortable. Definitely a place we would love to visit again. Thank you to the entire SAJ Vagamon team for a memorable experience.

If youre truly looking for a serene, calm, and peaceful retreat in the midst of a hill stationpaired with high-quality, authentic foodthis is the destination. The service and hospitality here are top-notch. The team, led by Manager Mr. Sajith, deserves special mention. They consistently go the extra mile, often beyond whats expected, to ensure guests have a memorable stay. Having said that, this place may not be everyones cup of tea. The property intentionally avoids modern distractionstheres no TV, AC, Wi-Fi, or multi-cuisine options. Some might also find the rooms a bit compact. But thats exactly the point. As the name suggests, its a true hideouta place to disconnect, unwind, and immerse yourself in nature. And the food...The authentic Kerala cuisine they serve is simply mind-blowing. This is one of those rare resorts youll want to come back to again and againjust to relive the hospitality and reconnect with nature

The resort is great in terms of Nature. Rooms are good not great. Food is amazing and best. There are pool table, chess in dining area. But the overall service is still not great, customer friendly. They need to be more prompt and client friendly.
