We had a wonderful stay at Saj Resort! The property is beautifully located and full of potential for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were pristine, cozy, and impeccably maintained, featuring fresh linens, spotless amenities, and a very comfortable atmosphere. The staffs attention to detail and high standard of housekeeping made us feel right at home. Arrival was seamlessthe team coordinated our entry smoothly, and the internal buggy service was prompt and convenient. A special mention goes to the food: every meal was prepared fresh to order, full of flavor, and exceptionally high quality. Overall, the resort offers great hospitality, efficient service, and fantastic value for the price. Highly recommended!

This resort hosted the school reunion with more than 60 people. The check in process was smooth - the people at the reception were knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms had good running a/c. The security person brought the bags to the room in a golf cart /buggy. There is a pool that winds around many of the rooms with clear water. One quibble was that the pool water had a bit more clorine than I was used to. The evening dinner food was nicely presented. They allowed us to set up a mocktail station and one of the assigned helpers made sure the process was smooth. All in all an excellent experience.

We stayed at Saj Earth Resort for a day for our get-together, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, right next to Cochin International Airport. From the moment we entered, the warmth and courtesy of the staff stood out. The property is beautifully maintained, with music along the walkways creating a pleasant atmosphere while walking around. The large swimming pool is definitely a highlightbeautifully maintained and one of the best I have seen in Kerala. The restaurants, bar and event spaces were all excellent. A special mention to the General Manager, Binu, who was outstanding and personally ensured that everything we needed for our get-together was taken care of on time. Overall, a great choice for a relaxing stay as well as office, school, college or family get-togethers. We had a truly memorable time and would definitely recommend Saj Earth Resort!

Awesome Pool, Average 5-Star Experience The pool at this property is absolutely amazing and made our stay. However, the rest of the experience felt a bit average for a 5-star hotel. The rooms were decent, but lacked the premium touch you would expect, and the breakfast buffet was also not so great. Good overall, but needs some polishing to feel like a true luxury stay.

Got to experience this place due to an Emirates cancellation but fully impressed. Awesome service even when a surge of guests were there. Special kudos to the girl who ran around to ensure all got the rooms. Equally supported by other team members. Good team spirit. All luggages were handled by them . Got breakfast and lunch and all items were really tasty. The overall ambience of rooms were also great. The nature theme , greenery along with the rains gave a calming effect from the early morning flight cancellations stress.
