The resort is quiet and has great potential, if it were properly maintained, it would be excellent. The rooms are clean but not up to the mark. Waste and plastic bottles are scattered around, and none of the staff seem concerned about picking them up. A used coffee mug was left on our patio for two days. The food is good, but once again, there is a lack of proper management.

Though the room was booked beforehand, it was not kept ready. Whole property was poorly maintained. It took them more than 1 hour to arrange the second room. Totally slack crew. Had a broken window with faulty curtain. Pool was not maintained properly too!

Stayed here yesterday and was disappointed. The swimming pool was not clean and had too much chlorine, which caused a skin reaction for my son. The game room had many missing equipments, and walkway lights were turned off at 10 PM, making it uncomfortable to move around at night. Did not feel like a proper vacation experience

Property seems large and suitable for a group functions and staycation. Very limited menu in their own restaurant. There is no permission to carry out side food. Also very poor access to nearby restaurants. Feels lack of maintenance.

Good stay to be with family & friends. Nice food, good service, super and cooperative staffs. Nice pool, and play area.
