First & foremost the staff are supportive. There is no any sort of -ve negotiations, rooms are near clean and sanitized. Food at downstairs is available depend on your choice, all facilities just a walk away distance. Appreciate their behavior and dealings!

You cannot request to clean the room if you have messed up you have to clean up yourself as the hotel policy stipulates that the room will be cleaned only once a day. I even offered to pay extra to clean but no was the answer. So I had to sneeze the whole night. Looking for alternatives to stay in Kannur. But then management intervened and ensured it will not happen again. They seem to have a tight view on feedback mechanisms and thus ensuring improvement on an ongoing basis.

The rooms were comfortable and well maintained. The service was excellent from helping with luggage to promptly providing an extra bed when requested. The staff were courteous and professional throughout our stay. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Kannur.

His 24/7 availability, along with the dedicated assistance of his team, ensured a smooth and comfortable stay for our guests. There were no complaints from the guests during the entire stay, and special appreciation for arranging a customized breakfast as per guest requirements. We truly value his professionalism, cooperation, and excellent hospitality.
