Perfect stay for vacation with all needed amenities, good hospitality, interesting activities and yummy food. We spent 7 nights around new year time and it was so beautiful. They provide free breakfast in ample quantity and variety. Dinner options for homemade food are available at additional charge. There are many activities at this stay which you must try like Bamboo rafting, Kayaking, Fishing, Rifle Shooting, Archery, Dart, Badminton and Basketball. Also, they will take the guests to the sunset view point and the whole paddy fields pathway, trees, birds and the view were amazing.

The place is truly stunning, and Ajesh's exceptional hospitality makes the experience even better. The food is absolutely delicious—don’t miss the chance to try his home-cooked local cuisine. We enjoyed hearty breakfasts and dinners that were simply unforgettable. The surroundings are serene, secluded, yet easily accessible. With the Kabini River flowing just behind the property, the stay feels like a peaceful retreat. We also had the chance to visit his lush paddy fields, coffee estate, and rubber plantation, which added a unique touch to our trip. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a blend of comfort, nature, and authentic local flavors!

This place is simply fantastic. The entire complex is surrounded by greenery and has been designed with great attention to detail. you immediately feel at home. Everything was very clean and very well maintained. Ajesh, his family and the whole staff are very friendly, warm-hearted and helpful. Ajesh took extra time and took us on a tour to explore the area. Breakfast and dinner were very tasty and varied. We really enjoyed the local products and the local recipes. We will be back :)

We had an incredible 4-night stay at the cave house of Rivertree Farm Stays, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The property is surrounded by lush greenery, with a serene river flowing nearby, making it the perfect escape from city life. Ajesh was a fantastic host as well as his team (Aswant and Ansil) —warm, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed. He ensured our stay was comfortable. The cave house itself is beautifully maintained and blended seamlessly with nature. We loved waking up to the sounds of birds, enjoying fresh and delicious food catered by the family, and taking peaceful walks around the plantation. Whether it was relaxing by the river, exploring nearby attractions, or just soaking in the tranquility, every moment was special. Do not miss this gem. Highly recommended!!
