Our BNI team had a wonderful stay at Riviera Resort. The resort was neat and well-maintained, with a super clean swimming pool that we really enjoyed. The food was delicious , making the whole experience even better. The staff were extremely friendly and supportive throughout our stay. They also arranged a jeep safari for us, which turned out to be an amazing experience. Highly recommendedmust visit!

A beautiful resort nestled in the midst of a lush green valley, offering a perfect ambience for a peaceful family vacation. I booked a couple of rooms through MakeMyTrip after watching several YouTube videos and reading positive reviews. However, upon arrival, I was quite disappointed to learn that the Classic River View Rooms with balcony shown on MMT were actually located on the underground floor. With elderly parents accompanying us, I would have preferred ground or first-floor rooms to avoid climbing. The rooms we got were comparatively smaller than those on the upper floors, which made the high room tariff feel a bit unjustified. That said, the rooms were clean, well-maintained, and still offered beautiful hill and valley views. Location: The resort is about 1.5 hours away from Munnar town, situated deep in a serene valley. The 360 view is truly picturesque, with access to river adjacent to the resort, but guests should plan their sightseeing well in advance due to the distance from major attractions. Amenities: The property features a nice swimming pool and a well-kept kids play area, adding to the family-friendly experience. Food: Initially, I faced some delays in food delivery, but the issue was resolved promptly after raising it. Some dishes were excellent, while others were decent though not exactly as expected. Service: Excellent service overall. The staff and helpdesk were courteous, responsive, and very cooperative throughout our stay. Price: I personally felt that the underground rooms would be better priced around 3,000 per night rather than the 5,000 I paid. Conclusion: A great place for those seeking peace and relaxation away from the bustle of Munnar town. Ideal for a calm, scenic retreat rather than frequent sightseeing trips. Just note that being in a remote area, you wont find many shops or facilities within a 34 km radius.

What truly sets Riviera Inn apart is the exceptionally warm and homely hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like part of a family rather than guests. The hosts were attentive, caring, and always ready to help, while still giving us complete privacy. They catered to every genuine request be it arranging for jungle or elephant spotting tours or organizing a barbeque in the night or arranging for music. Their genuine warmth and personal touch made the experience very special. The food deserves a special mentionsimple, authentic, home-style Kerala cuisine, prepared with care and love. Every meal felt comforting and wholesome, adding greatly to the overall experience. If you are looking for a nature-centric, calm, and soulful stay with heartfelt service, Riviera Inn in Mankulam is a GEM. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended for nature lovers, families, and anyone seeking quiet luxury through simplicity and warmth. I had a truly memorable stay at this resort. The property is beautifully maintained, with lush surroundings that create a peaceful atmosphere. The staff, especially Albin, were exceptionally warm and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering both comfort and luxury.
