Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! We spent three days here, and it was an amazing experience. The place itself, along with its beautiful ambiance, hospitality, and the serene swimming pool, truly made our stay memorable. The river nearby and the soothing sounds added to the charm, making us want to extend our time. Our family loved every moment! A special shout-out to Dania and her team for their excellent service and making our stay so enjoyable. The chef deserves a big thank you as well for preparing fresh, delicious meals every time. My kids especially loved the taste, and it was clear that the staff genuinely cared about our comfort. The staff was always ready to help and extremely friendly, and we appreciated that there were no restrictions for families to fully enjoy their time. There is a play area for kids, which is very clean. I highly recommend this place! It was referred to us by the renowned blogger Arif, and we’re so glad he did. A special thanks to him for guiding us to this wonderful spot.

Me and my family and friends took a two day stay at Riviera Inn and it was one the best experience. The resort staff was very friendly. The rooms are neat and clean, spacious and the balcony view is really good. Kids enjoyed the pool and the play area. We had a short trekking to the river through the trail which is directly from resort. The morning view from the garden is beautiful .

We had a wonderful stay at Riviera Inn Mankulam with our friends . We stayed in their Premium villa rooms and the rooms were clean and spacious . The balcony view is amazing. The pool is clean and there is a walkway at the backside to the river. The resort staff is very friendly and their hospitality is too good.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Riviera Inn Resort in Mankulam, Munnar, and it was an unforgettable experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of well-prepared dishes that catered to all tastes. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The resort itself is beautifully located, offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere. We were fortunate enough to have a room with a stunning view of a nearby waterfall, which we could enjoy from our balcony. The soothing sound of the waterfall at night added to the calm ambiance. The resort also has a staircase leading down to the waterfall, making it easy to visit and enjoy the natural beauty up close. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploration. One of the highlights of our stay was the jungle jeep safari that the resort arranged for us. It was an exhilarating and adventurous experience as we ventured into the reserve forest, and everyone in my group thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall, our trip to Riviera Inn Resort was wonderful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in Munnar, with great food, friendly service, and amazing natural beauty right at your doorstep.

A beautiful resort tucked in an absolutely amazing spot.. with picturesque views of mountains, waterfalls and lush green forest. The bst part is the river flowing right below the property with easy access to it. We spent maximum time immersing in the crystal clear water there. You get to hear the musical sound of flowing water constantly in the property. The balcony of the rooms provide beautiful view of the river. The rooms are with kitchenette, spacious and neat. But the bathroom quality does not match that of the resort. It could have been bigger and more conveniently done, it's clean though. As it's a very small property, the number of staff is limited. But they were friendly and sincere and helped us make our stay comfortable. Special mention of the super tasty food . We were a group of 10 adults, stayed from 22nd to 24th December, had all meals from the property itself and we enjoyed the preparations by chef Prince. We understand the limitations in menu due to the location being remote and unavailability of of all materials. Altogether it was a satisfactory stay for the price and would like to visit again.
