I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room and bathroom were extremely neat and clean, and the overall experience was very budget-friendly. The staff were also very kind and helpful throughout my stay. A special moment that really impressed me was when I accidentally left my charger in the room. As soon as I checked out, the hotel owner immediately called to let me know and even offered to courier the charger to my place. This thoughtful gesture shows how genuinely caring and friendly the hotel team is. I truly appreciate their hospitality and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and trustworthy place to stay.

The place looks good in pics but in reality its a very low class hotel. There are a lot of insects and infact the bed has bed bugs. Do not be fooled by the pictures. Spend your money on a better hotel. The location is the only good thing about this place. We couldn't sleep properly full night due to being scared that some insects will bite us. Moreover, there is nothing such as service. They have written no outside food allowed, but they themselves are not even providing hot water.

Had a good stay here! Its a budget-friendly place with comfortable and helpful staff. The location is convenient, just near Alappuzha Railway Station. Perfect for a short and pleasant stay.

Worst experience ever,,,, ,,try not to stay here,,,,,,,rooms are dirty ,, bathrooms are dirty too,, service is soo bad ,,no room boys are here no lift,,you have to carry your own luggage to the room on first floor,,just worst experience
