Resort is good, staff is very cooperative and decent. Rooms are nice and clean. Swimming pool is good. Besides,badminton, carrom, guitar and karaoke music syatem is available for extra activity and entertainment. The only drawbacks is it is located about 12 kilometers away from Munnan twon and you can't visit any nearby place by walking. If you love nature the place is best and quite.

I had an amazing stay at Rainwood Aurum Resort in Munnar! The property is beautifully maintained, surrounded by peaceful greenery, and offers a perfect escape from the busy city life. The rooms were clean, cozy, and had a great view. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. The food was delicious, and the overall ambiance of the resort made the experience truly memorable. Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone looking for a relaxing and refreshing holiday in Munnar!

There services are garbage Asked to replace tv which wasnt working 5 time in two days and finally they listened when it was the last night of stay. And bedsheet and towel cleaning is on you, so please remove your bedsheets as you enter into room and hide your blankets bedsheets and towels so those doesnt get dirty otherwise they will say you put the stains on those and now you have to pay for laundry. Ridiculous ! Cheap tricks to make money Can ask you around 1000 for 2 or 3 stains on blanket or bedsheets or towels.

It is a very beautiful and peaceful place. The rooms are well maintained, the staff is cooperative and helpful. They have a keen eye to detailing (Decor items). Overall it was wonderful experience.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at the resort. The hospitality was truly exceptionalspecial thanks to Rajan and Abhinandan for being so attentive and making our stay comfortable and memorable. Chef Naresh deserves a big shoutout as wellthe food was incredible and genuinely felt like home-cooked meals. The overall experience was relaxing, warm, and welcoming. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back!
