An absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The food was exceptional, delicious, fresh, and prepared with excellent hygiene standards. The staff deserves special appreciation for their warm hospitality, professionalism, and outstanding service. The hotel is beautifully maintained, and the location is excellent and very convenient. Overall, it was a flawless experience with absolutely nothing to complain about. No complaints, no negative comments, just a perfect stay and a truly memorable experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food, excellent service, hygiene, and a fantastic location!

I would like to respectfully highlight a significant concern regarding the absence of even basic accommodation or resting support for drivers. I arrived here as the driver for a group consisting of eight adults and children. Drivers bear a critical responsibility, as the safety of passengers largely depends upon their physical condition, alertness, and adequate rest before undertaking long journeys. The return journey from this location involves travel through the Valparai hill route, a challenging stretch of road where serious accidents have occurred in the past. Under such circumstances, proper rest for drivers is not merely a matter of comfort, but one of passenger safety as well. I understand if the resort does not have separate rooms for drivers, but when requested politely, not even a basic pillow, blanket, or resting support was provided. That was disappointing. This concern is raised not solely from a personal perspective, but with broader regard for the welfare of drivers and the safety of the families travelling with them. I sincerely hope the management will consider introducing at least basic resting facilities or support for drivers in the future, as such measures would greatly enhance both hospitality standards and overall travel safety.

Great view from private balcony. Comfortable bed. Good pool. Needs some touch ups in the room (no plug for bath tub and stained sheets). Service was good for the most part. Breakfast was decent.

Resort is good, staff is very cooperative and decent. Rooms are nice and clean. Swimming pool is good. Besides,badminton, carrom, guitar and karaoke music syatem is available for extra activity and entertainment. The only drawbacks is it is located about 12 kilometers away from Munnan twon and you can't visit any nearby place by walking. If you love nature the place is best and quite.

One of the most beautiful stays of my life. Everything was just very beautiful and peaceful at this resort . The people working here are the kindest and very helpful. Overall location of the resort is excellent. I would definitely recommend everyone to choose this place.
