We had an absolutely wonderful time at the resort. The hospitality was truly exceptionalspecial thanks to Rajan and Abhinandan for being so attentive and making our stay comfortable and memorable. Chef Naresh deserves a big shoutout as wellthe food was incredible and genuinely felt like home-cooked meals. The overall experience was relaxing, warm, and welcoming. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back!

Amazing hospitality and awesome properties and staff also friendly and helpfully always . Next time we will came in munnar I choose it this hotel. Because Pool also nice then lacation also pretty mrng sun rise also I am seeing that was nice everything good. Thank you so much for rainwood hotels

I had an amazing stay at Rainwood Aurum Resort in Munnar! The property is beautifully maintained, surrounded by peaceful greenery, and offers a perfect escape from the busy city life. The rooms were clean, cozy, and had a great view. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. The food was delicious, and the overall ambiance of the resort made the experience truly memorable. Rooms are decent bathrooms were clean. But walls are very very thin almost of cardboard. Room 206 is worst of all rooms because just above it was restaurant could hear all the footsteps and scratching sounds of chairs. Although after one night's experience I complained and they changed my room with no neighbours. Great service but rooms could improve.

Had a very pleasant stay at Rainwood Aurum Resort, Anachal Munnar. The room had a beautiful view and made the experience truly relaxing. Special thanks to the team for the complimentary room upgradeit was a lovely surprise. The staff were courteous, helpful, and always welcoming. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended for a peaceful getaway.
