I did not have a good experience at this homestay as the room I stayed is dirty, curtains arent washed in long time, no proper aeration and rooms are smelly. + Positives -I was allowed for checkin 3 hours prior -He was available on call for any other help other than room(which was the most important thing) -Space infront of the property is good -Provided contact of a good auto person for sightseeing - > Negatives - Dirty pillows -Dirty curtains -Cob webs -Smelly rooms -No room service for food or anything

Best Homestay in Kalpetta, they kept rooms and washrooms very clean. Prefer for family stay. But we have talk with owner in advance for breakfast and fire camp they charge extra for these extra activities.

One of the best place I have stayed. Rite in city premise of kalpetta. If you have any plan to visit wayanad, situated in God's Own Country (Kerala) don't think twice to consider this as you place of stay. Amazing Host , who is friendly and also go to any extent to make your stay comfortable. Service from staff needs to be improved, but don't think that is an issue since the host is available 24/7

A great homestay to stay in Kalpetta Wayanad. We had been there on New Year's Eve and it was available. Rooms are very clean and modern. The owner is a friendly lady. It is in the Kalpetta city and it has a tea estate view from balcony. The room in which we stayed were like in two stages with two beds. Comfortable for 4 ppl. We were 5. But extra bed was provided and also the blanket. Early morning views are amazing. PS: Please keep the Wayanadu clean. It's such a beautiful place and we never want to behave like illiterates and pollute it. Let's keep it tidy for animals and future tourists too...

Best place for food, privacy and hospitality. Livingston is the owner of the place and he is a nice guy and was helpful in all aspects. Bonfire was superb, he also provided us music system for party. The place is just right in the middle of two highway. Reaching to main town from this place is just 2 mins walk. Must try for large groups(20 people or more) and dont forget to try their home food. Only con to add is the road that takes it to the stay is very narrow.
