I stayed at Purple Palm Resorts for two days and had a very comfortable experience overall. The resort is strategically located on the Coorg Road, about 2830 km away from the main Coorg town. While its a little away from the core tourist areas, the location works well if youre looking for a peaceful stay. Its very close to popular attractions like the Elephant Camp and Nisargadhama, which makes sightseeing convenient. The property is very well maintained, with clean surroundings and a calm atmosphere. What really stood out was the staff extremely welcoming, polite, and always ready to help. On the first night, I faced an issue with light entering the room early in the morning. I informed the staff, and they responded promptly by adding an additional set of dark curtains. This small but thoughtful gesture made the second night much more comfortable and showed how seriously they take guest feedback. Breakfast was another highlight of the stay. The spread was good, the food was tasty, and the staff at the restaurant were attentive and courteous, making the dining experience pleasant. Overall, Purple Palm Resorts is a good place to stay if you are traveling towards Coorg and want a relaxed, well-managed property with supportive staff. I would definitely recommend it and believe most guests will enjoy their stay here.

Stayed for one night with family and a child. The location felt convenient and safe. The property was clean and well maintained throughout. Food quality was good, and service was prompt. Room service responded quickly and handled requests efficiently. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. A good choice for a family stay.

We had a wonderful experience at Purple Palm Resort & Spa, near to Nisargadhama. The staff were absolutely amazing and made us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay. A special mention to Ms. Ashwini, who was extremely helpful and kindshe went the extra mile by personally checking on us and even gave us a thoughtful goodie bag during our travel, which was a lovely surprise. The food was delicious with great variety, and the stay itself was very comfortable and relaxing. Overall, it was a memorable experience with excellent hospitality. Highly recommended for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!

Its a nice and beautiful resort to spend time with friends and family. Its near to all tourist sites in Kushal Nagar. The restaurant was awesome and the food was great. The staff there were very friendly. The bar is well stocked and the bartender was good. Play area for kids and swimming pool was nice. Their reception is not very efficient and they are not well trained.

Stayed at Purple Palm Resort, Coorg, with fairly high expectations due to its 45 star positioning, but the experience turned out to be average. The property is relatively small, with limited open areas, which reduces the typical resort-like feel one expects in Coorg. Some basic amenities, such as ironing services, are available only at an additional cost. The games room has basic options like carrom, table tennis, and board games, but it closes early in the evening. Pool/snooker is chargeable, which felt a bit steep given the overall experience. Breakfast had a limited spread and average taste. The resort is about an hour from Madikeri, and traveling at night can feel inconvenient. Staff were courteous but could be more attentive and proactive. Overall, while the stay was comfortable, it did not fully justify the premium pricing. There are other resorts in Coorg that offer better value and a more immersive experience.
