The PMC Lakeshore Resort is magical and extremely peaceful. Upon arrival, the staff greeted us with fresh coconut water! Our rooms faced the lake with beautiful views and the beds and linens were very comfortable and clean. We slept very well and awoke with a serene view of the lake. Dining was also a pleasure with delicious local foods and the service was genuine and pleasant. The management and supporting staff were very kind, friendly and provided excellent service and were very helpful in recommending activities in the area. We took a morning tour in a Shikara (long boat) and it was very enjoyable. The staff left us with a warm departure, giving us a longing to return again very soon.

WARNING FOR TOURIST DRIVERS & AGENTS! The resort might be good, but the road access to PMC Lakeshore Resort is an absolute nightmare. Bringing a vehicle here is a huge risk as the extremely bad roads can severely damage the underbody of the car. To make matters worse, this hotel doesn't even have a dedicated parking space! We are forced to park our vehicles at a neighboring house. Furthermore, their attitude towards driving staff is pathetic. There are no restaurants nearby, and the hotel provides food for drivers only at their own convenience, with zero respect for our time or hunger. You have to wait and eat whenever they decide to give it. The management completely hides these facts from agents. Drivers and Agents, DO NOT book this place unless you want to risk ruining your vehicle and be treated poorly.

My partner and I had the most wonderful experience staying on this houseboat in Alleppey! We had the whole boat to ourselves, it felt like such a treat. At first, we thought the price was a bit on the higher side, but once I was on board, I realized it was absolutely worth it. The guides and crew were amazing warm, attentive, and made the experience feel personal and special. Spending the day and night on the backwaters was incredibly peaceful and memorable. They even arranged kayaking, which added a fun, adventurous touch to the stay. And the food - easily one of the best meals Ive had in all of Kerala! Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with so much care. I would definitely recommend this houseboat experience to anyone visiting Alleppey. Its the perfect mix of comfort, nature, and authentic Kerala hospitality.

I cannot express in words the satisfaction we had on staying in this property. From the jaw dropping view, to their incredible staffs who are always ready to help, this resort wins your heart. If anyone plans to stay nearby, please give a try to this resort and sway in the beauty of the sunsets right from your balcony. I shall add, on asking customised bengali cuisine (which is too much to ask for, but parents, i hope you all understand !!!!) they tried there level best to saitify us. Overall this was the best stay I had in the entire kerala trip. Thanks to the property for offering such a service!

It is a very beautiful stay with amazing staff. I dont know why there are so many negative reviews but our stay was fantastic. The staff is very quick to respond and the service is top notch. A value for money stay.
