It was really a wonderful experience - the trekking, waterfalls and close view of elephants at the river - everything is a memorable experience. Really enjoyed the grilling at the kitchen. A wonderful place for a family to stay and enjoy the sights .

After we went and saw some cottages in Anakulam, we chose Pepper Land. The cottage is cool. It is very clean and the rooms are cool. On top of that, the caretaker Rahul is cool. He is always with us from check-in to check-out. Rahul is a cool chef. All the food he made for us was delicious. The beef roast and beef fry are a must try as well as the off road jeep safari we will definitely come back again.

Higher price - same rate is charged for kids and adult. No discount given to kids, No campfire No wifi No electricity in daytime Rooms are not clean very bad service Overall very bad not preferable

Had a great stay in Pepperland. They have two properties, one is a one story house and the other is a two story house. We stayed in one story house, the house was beautiful as you can see in the picture. Very spacious and very neat. The service was also too good. Rahul (Property incharge) has been guiding us well before we reach Anakulam about the routes and was very helpful. Overall a worthy stay.

Nice resort to stay with family and friends. They offered food by package. Friendly behaviour of room service was awesome.
