I recently stayed at Munnar Peak Paradise Resort, located about 1 km from Anachal town, and overall, I had a wonderful experience. We visited as a couple, and the place was incredibly calm and peaceful, making it perfect for spending quality time together. The highlight of the stay was definitely the view from the resort. The balcony offered beautiful scenery, and the serene surroundings made the experience even more relaxing. One thing to note is that the resort is not walkable from the main road, as its situated on a very steep slope. Reaching the property can be a bit challenging if you dont have a vehicle. The rooms felt a little small for the price, but they were comfortable enough. The resort also has a small swimming pool, which I think can comfortably accommodate around four people at a time. Overall, despite the slightly compact rooms and the steep location, I really enjoyed my stay. If youre looking for a peaceful getaway with beautiful views, especially as a couple, this resort is definitely worth considering.

I recently stayed at Peak Paradise, and the experience was truly amazing. The location is good and stay was very convenient. The rooms were exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. A special thanks to Bashir Sir for his excellent driving skills and focus on safety during the jeep safari. The safari experience was absolutely fantastic and one of the highlights of our trip. The entire trip was well arranged by the Peak Paradise staff.Thank you, Peak Paradise, for making our vacation so memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Munnar!

Great property, newly built and well maintained, amazing views. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and close to a few restaurants, the place is quiet and serene. The swimming pool was well maintained. The only issue I faced was there is no functional kitchen on the property. The breakfast offered is outsourced, has only idli sambhar and coffee. Felt a bit let down in the food area. I would 100% stay again but book without the breakfast included option.

We were really looking forward to our stay in Munnar, but the experience was highly disappointing. The lobby and corridors were not properly cleaned. The balcony attached to our room was also dirty, and the balcony door wouldn't even open properly, making the space completely unusable. This was incredibly frustrating as we paid an extra 1,000 specifically for a balcony room. Furthermore, the breakfast was very low quality and poorly served. For the price paid, the cleanliness and hospitality were simply not up to the mark. Would not recommend.

Don't be misguided by the review score. Room got drain smell, unbearable in the washroom. Seems like no air traps. Do not choose breakfast, you will not get it, they don't have a kitchen and the food comes by 8.30 in the morning. Swimming pool is double the size of a bathtub. Washroom was not refreshed when arrived, bidet towels was not changed, sticky room floors, only good thing was the bed linen, it seemed fresh. No informations shared prior, totally unprofessional approach. Number provided in the Google is not the hotels direct contact, but an agency.
