Stayed for 2 days, view was good. Room was neat , bathrooms were clean. The manager is friendly. We went on May 1st and as the place was totally crowded we suffered with traffic, booking a jeep for ride... no help from the resort. The resort is located deep down and reaching it by car looked very risky. Too steep. Someone must get down to check if any vehicles come in the opposite. They promised food but provided only Idli, pongal, omlette..no variety . said due to LPG crisis.. still children were disappointed. Moreover they don't have proper vessels to serve. No hot boxes for that weather. we need to dispose the food waste, wash vessels.. For that prize no toiletries were given. we need to bring our own brush, paste, soap and towels. Hot water comes for few hours only. on request they may open further. Tea, coffee provided on request, chargeable. no tea bags, sugar cubes, etc provided. Food was ok only . not so tasty. We need to climb the whole steep (not possible by walk) to buy/get anything. To conclude it's not a comfortable stay. Hello Sir( owner), Try to change your way of response towards your guests. And check thoroughly before replying. Who told you we had budget stay for 900?? Absolute nonsense. We booked the cottage at 10k( 3 rooms, hall, kitchen). Accept the reality and try to improve...

The Kerala- Munnar tour was excellent! From the first day to the last, my every call was picked and every problem was solved within few minutes. The driver took care of us very well and made us see all the locations that are mentioned, without missing anything. Everything was perfect and perfectly-arranged. We would recommend this tour service to anyone visiting Hotels and Homestays were in perfect location. Pavithra 7elevenholisays is a good choice for those who want a smooth and easy trip. We had a wonderful stay at this homestay with our family. The place was very spacious, clean, and truly felt like a home away from home. The rooms were well-maintained and everything was in perfect condition. The caretaker was extremely helpful, polite, and communicated very well, which made our trip smooth and comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience and we really enjoyed our stay. Also if youre travelling towards Munnar munnar from udumalai . Then this place will be good spot for stay!!

I had booked deluxe room, mountain/hill view. But during checkin we where given a dirty room which has several stains on walls and so much dirt around the edges of the room(check images). I complained to make my trip and then they moved me to other room which was far far better than earlier room still it did not had the mountain view as mentioned. But i decided to stay in that room as the room was clean.(I have added pics of both the rooms). Ensure you don't get into this room. They have many rooms but only few rooms have mountain view, but they take booking as mountain view for all the rooms. But the outside views are very nice. Regarding food, they don't serve any food and there aren't any good restaurant nearby. So plan accordingly.

This is one of the underrated places around Munnar. We picked this place for our day 1 stay as a part of 5 days stay in Munnar. Drive to this place from Munnar town passes through the scenic route giving you the majestic views of Anamudi. The place is located at the end of a narrow steep road, but not to worry, host will guide you with the parking. Rooms are spacious with large hall and a nice bathroom. Best suited for the family of 6. Veranda has a cozy seating with the beautiful mountain views. Food is home cooked, sumptuous and tasty. Hosts are super Nice.
