Amazing stay with breathtaking views! "I recently stayed at LMS Palve Sugavasam and it was an incredible experience. The location is perfectserene, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful tea gardens. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The food was absolutely delicious and served hot. Special thanks to the staff for their warm hospitality and friendly nature. Picturesque location. Rooms with good view. Good breakfast. Water filter in every room adds to the value. Lacks service, mainly because of lack of enough staff. Must work on improving food quality and options. It is must because there are no restaurants nearby.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The room cleanliness was below expectations, and several basic amenities were either not functioning properly or poorly maintained. The customer service was also unsatisfactory, as staff responses were slow and lacked professionalism. Additionally, the overall value for the price paid did not meet acceptable standards. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves the quality of service and maintenance for future guests. * Rude staff * Slow response * No support during issues

The bedroom and bathroom facilities were good, and the breakfast was also good. However, the windows have plain glass, which may be uncomfortable for ladies, though it is manageable with the curtains. Some rooms offer a good view of the tea plantation. There is also a common assembly area with a beautiful view.

We had good experience with this resort during our end of May visit. All needs are addressed. Here are Pros and Cons: Pros: Different type of rooms; Rooms mentioned as "Leafage" has tea garden view from balcony. Room was neat and filled with toiletries, towel, Geyser, Kettle. Surprising to see RO water for drinking. Room service is good and receptive. They help in taking your luggages to your room in their two wheeler (As rooms in upper deck has ramps for 2 wheeler and even cars to drive all through. But, I doubt car can be parked as ramp is bit incline to drive. Car Parking in a ground floor with concrete ramp from road is good without easy inclines. Breakfast spread is basic (bread, cereals, idly, dosa, fruits), but effective. Cons: Breakfast refilling is not done proactive manner. We ended up reminding them to refill. Dinner is closing at 09:30 PM and not much options to choose. You need to rely on Swiggy/Zomato. But, food delivery partners are usually delivering within their normal delivery time. It has good sitting area in a concrete deck. Would have been happy if they have given this area in a lawn set-up. For the price point they charge, it is slightly higher compared to other properties with lawn gardens, heritage bungalows.
