We had a pleasant stay at this property, especially because of its beautiful location and peaceful natural surroundings. The scenic views and fresh atmosphere made it a relaxing place to unwind and enjoy nature. The rooms were comfortable, and the basic facilities were well maintained. However, considering the price, the overall experience did not fully meet our expectations. The cost is quite high compared to the services and facilities provided. There were no indoor or outdoor recreational activities available, which limited the options for guests to spend their leisure time within the property. Additionally, the service was slow and not well organized, which affected the overall comfort of our stay. The breakfast spread was also quite limited and did not justify the premium pricing. While the location and natural beauty are definite highlights, improvements in service quality, activities, and dining options would greatly enhance the overall guest experience and better match the pricing.

The bedroom and bathroom facilities were good, and the breakfast was also good. However, the windows have plain glass, which may be uncomfortable for ladies, though it is manageable with the curtains. Some rooms offer a good view of the tea plantation. There is also a common assembly area with a beautiful view.

Picturesque location. Rooms with good view. Good breakfast. Water filter in every room adds to the value. Lacks service, mainly because of lack of enough staff. Must work on improving food quality and options. It is must because there are no restaurants nearby.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The room cleanliness was below expectations, and several basic amenities were either not functioning properly or poorly maintained. The customer service was also unsatisfactory, as staff responses were slow and lacked professionalism. Additionally, the overall value for the price paid did not meet acceptable standards.
